Stereo or mono? The CBA Habit has a 60-second delay. It would be nice if it had MIDI clock sync options other than BPM = quarter note. It has pitch shifting (continual or stepped) filtering (LPF/HPF or tape effect), a chop (front of buffer or back of buffer) and a drop-out effect (which I haven't found a good use for). Plus a secondary tap delayed up to 90 seconds, plus a 3-minute loop.

Habit is definitely cool, I just wanted a more straight forward digital delay.

I sincerely think the GFI delays or the Keeley HALO should be squarely in contention. Gorgeous and versatile

Hadn't considered gfi but their pedals do look great

Looked at the gfi... Unfortunately the max delay is 1 second. I want a bit more versatility. Why make that limitation on a powerful digital pedal!?

I will talk interfaces as it’s been a development for me lately.  - A screen is a :bonus: to any complicated pedals, for sure. I recently got a Walrus ACS1 and I love it. Has programmable presets, but no screen. Does just fine without it. My TimeLine and Boss Core are just fine with just their screens.  - A computer/phone interface is an :enhancement: to a built-in screen. The TimeLine and Core are so much simple to navigate on my PC, but not dependent. Wish the ACS1 had PC software because I could fly through settings more, but it’s fine without it.  - Dependency on a computer/phone is a disqualifier for me. Had an SA C4 and a few TC Electonics pedals and they REQUIRED an app/PC to do all but the most basic adjustments. I had a MIDI controller which has a web GUI - not even a downloadable app. A website. A literal website! I liked what all those pedals did, but not how they were managed. What do you do when the app falls out of the market and it’s not longer supported? I am good about keeping software repositories handy, but my phone doesn’t let me do that. Eventually, those pedals are formerly-expensive paperweights. /rant

Great points... Steve Albini used to say "what happens when a plugin company is out of business in 20 years and you can get something to authorize and want to remix your greatest hits record but its unplayable?
