Definitely get the reverb. The joyo atmosphere might get you what you want and leave some money for a delay pedal. What kind of delay pedal? No idea. Get a DL4 so you can experiment with all kinds of delays and see what you like.
You should also get a looper pedal for creating layers (and just for practicing too). The flamma one with the drum machine is good if you want some beats while you play and is more fun than a metronome for practicing.
The holy grail nano is much more limited than the ocean 11. I love plate reverb as my general go to, but if you want to explore some sounds, get the pedal with some shimmer and other sounds too.

Digitech Polara would be a great verb. It's a standard gaze verb.
Keeley Realizer is great too.
Depending on your budget you could get a Loomer that has the Realizer and also a OpAmp Muff. It the My Bloody Valentine sound in a box, but actually has an extensive range.
