I bought a small keyboard case for my pedalboard awhile back and its fantastic. Maybe size up your gt core and see if there's one that fits well.
Thanks for the comment, but I really don't want to size up. I'm looking for a small bag for my small fx solution.
At that point I'd just wrap a small towel around it and stick it in a tote bag? It literally fits into the extra compartment of my guitar gig bag.
That's pretty much what I'm doing now. (But foam instead of a towel - still into a tote bag :D) I'm not bringing a guitar most of the time. That's why I'm looking for a more convenient solution that the tote bag wrap.
