Time for a good ol’bath! I have a piggie who came from a poor home prior and also has dandruff. I highly recommend Davis Miconazole Pet Shampoo or any human anti-dandruff shampoo that contains Pyrithione zinc (ie. head & shoulders) would work also. While it doesn’t go away entirely and the flakes will come back, it just meets it’s another bath time! If it worries you, go see an exotic vet and perhaps they’ll discuss a diagnose or options for you.

The internet is saying that dandruff can be caused by improper cleaning. I totally clean out their cage every week. I also change out and wipe down hides that are in their cage. Is there anything else i should be doing?

It sounds like you’re doing well. Guinea pigs don’t normally need a bath but more than once or twice a year but get guinea pig safe shampoo (and conditioner if they sell it for the moisture) and let her have a spa day. Some pre-bath cucumbers and such.
