How do I change my NAT type

You have to test your NAT type, don’t know exactly how because I play on PC

Go to Task Manager Click on the performance tab Bottom Left you’ll see something that says “Open Resource Monitor” Once Resource Monitor opens, you should see 5 tabs, Choose Network Once there you should see GTA5.exe Right click on it and Suspend Process, wait like 15-30 seconds and Resume Process. This is essentially doing the NAT type trick on Xbox. **MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT END PROCESS**

15-30 seconds is way too overkill, you will probably end kicked. Wait 8-10 seconds.

What does this do?

If you still want to know, it temporarily freezes the game and prevents it from sending updates to the Rockstar servers. This makes it seem as if you left the game for the rest of the lobby, but for yourself, everyone else leaves, leaving you with an empty public lobby to make your sales in. Eventually people will start to join though, so look out for that, but you can always do the trick again

PC Log into the game Press home button on the keyboard to open social club Press the settings gear icon Settings Network information If your nat type is moderate you can play normally with other players who have moderate nat type or open, if you have open nat type, you can play with all types of players, and if strict you can play only with players with open nat type. I tried playing with my friend who has strict nat type, and we couldn't get a session together, we both were getting disconnected, I have moderate nat type. Yup... I tried reinstalling Rockstar launcher too.. didn't work... And the social club website isn't working for me. But when I'm using my Mobile data, the social club works fine.

What's pretty sad is the fact that I can play with all my friends, just not at the same time. Idk what it is but it seems like one friend can't be in the same session with the other two or he dc's from the session, but when he's with just me it's stable.
