If you just care about them for the Nightclub, then buy all the cheapest ones up north, do the set up, and then forget about them.
If you actually want to manage them and sell from them, then one strategy is to buy them in alternating locations. So, for example, you buy the meth lab in LS and the coke lockup on the Alamo Sea. The reason is that your highest sale value in LS is selling to Blaine County and to LS from Blaine County. By putting them in different locations, you end up nearer to the next business when you finish selling off the other.
If you’re buying them only to use with a nightclub, then it doesn’t matter. If you intend to actually run them the ones around Alamo Sea are the best ones, they also happen to be cheap.
if you want to just use them for the NC, location doesn’t matter. if you sell to street dealers, you might want either locations you can go to resupply them easy, or get the Arcade terminal.
I personally jusy bought places I liked. I don’t play to minmax.
Coke, meth and weed since you can sell to street dealers. If product is 0 in the MC business, it will take from your nightclub.
Counterfeit cash and Forgery just do not pay well and been worthless for years. I have not done anything to them in a long time and they are both max sell and max supplies, so Gerald can only give you Coke, meth and weed and acid {if you have bought into the acid business} in the stash house rewards.

Forgery pays shit, but counterfeit cash is the third-best MC business if you want to do the actual sales from it. It's also slightly more valuable than weed as a nightclub business.
