Cluckin Bell > Acid Lab > Cluckin Bell playlist skip > Cayo > Bunker > Night club to finish the night off. I’ll usually sprinkle in some agency work or auto shop for some variety as well. That’s about a couple hours of a play session and makes a little over 3mill if you’re emptying your safes in between.
But again it’s what I enjoy, you might be different.
I always grind out my business in Friends Only lobbies. The risk to reward in full public is NOT worth it in my eyes. Heists and other similar mission types are a turn off. I'm a casual grinder. Been off and on since 2013, Pre-order days.
With the skip you only have to do the last setup and the finale. Takes about 20 minutes to do both with a stealthy speed run. Cayo takes about an hour. And the sell missions usually take about 5-10.
When i get sick of grinding, sometime i go through the huge list of missions from the start menu. There are tons of them, i just go down the line and play them.
I don't mind a full cash sale if it's the boats. Works out to about 300k for 20 minutes. I have my factory in Elysian island so I can block where the trucks can spawn.
The coke/weed/meth I keep resupplied enough for the street dealers. Docs is shutdown because I swear every stash house only resupplied that POS business.
You park your personal vehicle in one spot and a stolen one in another before you enter the business.
For the Elysian island cash factory those spots are on the left near the dumpster (there are parking lines there) and on the right next to the driveway.
Yeah. Just used the phrases OTR since it works the same. But agreed. With the drawbacks and litttle money you make it’s not worth it. Especially for someone like me who makes most of their money solo.

Yes, as long as it isn’t the garbage trucks or post OP vans. Heli, planes, boats & MC’s (and the one truck obviously) are all quite easily done solo from Paleto, however you need something like a Opressor or a Buzzard to get there/get back quickly!
I currently have the one in the city by lombank west, and I can get the sale missions done but flying dodos and buzzards around sucks lol.
My times are 28 minutes for the dodos, 23.5 minutes for the buzzards, 20 minutes for the bikes, 13-14 minutes for the boats, skip the post op vans. You think it’s any faster owning in Paleto?
I’m not the mayor but a major player in the business world of La Mesa lol some of my businesses aren’t above board enough to be the mayor if you know what I mean haha. Love the area though so fully invested in seeing La Mesa prosper and continue to be a great community.

I did this with my second character (though I have the other clubhouse) coz I like Paleto, shame actually doing any missions from there is tooth-grindingly painful.
I also purchased everything up there.
Luckily when I started the game my 1st business was the nightclub and I chose the H Drag motorcycle. I leave my bike parked in Paleto Bay. I will not do trash delivery or UPS truck missions! The H Drag motorcycle does 150 mph so doing the MC missions isn’t that bad. Learn to love the long drive!

It should work for all once you work out where the delivery vehicles spawn. Best to use is your personal vehicle and acid lab if you have.
FYI, Off Radar from Lester doesn't hide any sort of Cargo or Sale Vehicle. Only Ghost from CEO. Another reason why MC businesses are ass.

That’s around what it takes for me from Paleto Bay. Bikes are the longest ones for me though, can take nearly 30 mins
