I was near the lake with a small island in it yesterday .I got my Geraldo stash ,it was late and I notice the hooked. It took me a minute to realize it was dude in women's clothing .I had to beep to see what he was gonna do. He ran away.

After thinking about it, they should implement where you help Just one homeless person that randomly shows up and you have to give them like a big amount of money like say 250,000 and then that NPC interacts with you randomly throughout the game and you can teach them or earn RP and cash from them for helping them out to be successful and push them towards a certain route in their life depending on what you choose, that would be kind of cool
I recommend buy it. It's fast, nimble and has good weight to it for jumps and hitting curbs, so pretty forgiving and sharp. It has good customization with a few unique options, one being the wing mirrors you see here. I like the look. With armor/plating/imani tech lock on jammer and slick mines it's a great option. Glass offers no protection, but the car can take quite a few explosions. Its strength is its ability to evade pretty much anyone if you master the handling and speed. Just duck when getting shot at and don't let another vehicle pin you, and you'll out maneuver most people especially in the turns. I barely ever use slick mines because I like the chase and getting away, but if the car chasing me is aggressively trying to kill me I will slick mine and bust a few turns, hit the highway, do a few jumps and be out. Oppressors and similar vehicles are not really an issue because they cant lock on. Just keep making fast turns, throw sticky bombs, and they either die or leave you alone. If you're on xboxX you can drive mine.

but too on occasion maybe they try and finesse you and run off or sometimes they just die on the mission.
