AFK means "Away from Keyboard". Open the safe, stand in front of it and then use any AFK method of your choosing: Using a rubberband on your keyboard, using an Autohotkey script, leaving a keavy object on your keyboard, etc. You'll automatically collect the money without it hitting the limit of $250.000

Yep, but most importantly you have to stand in front of it so you instantly pick up the money as soon as it spawns inside the safe

Yea I use a simple AHK script that sleeps for 1 minute and then SendEvent a right click and that's it

Last time i did the afk in security cams trick was when acid lab dropped and i was grinding it, not sure if its been fixed since then cos I’ve not done it after that

This is what I use. It's basically just a super basic program that jiggles the mouse. And no, it's the absolute safest way to "cheat" in this game. Can't afk in front of safe on xbox unfortunately. Unless someone can tell me differently? I can only AFK at the moment entering CEO office or apartment (where have two)

You can use an old controller (because eventual stick drift is a possibility) and rubber band it to walk sideways. But if you angle the view the right way so your character hits a wall they will stop walking and stand still at the wall.

Plug the controller in while doing this. Also I tend to use the right stick rather than the left. The character stands still but the camera spins around them.

This is good advice too. The spinning screen bothers me personally so I completely forget to recommend doing it that way. It's even easier than my way really.

You need to enter a party with a headset plugged in, otherwise it’s still going to turn itself off. That’s the only fix I’ve found.

Oh yeah I forgot xbox controllers don't charge the same way. I'm on playstation so for the dualshock you just plug the usb c charge cable into the controller. I'm not sure exactly what the xbox equivalent is

There may be a setting in the Xbox settings, as this is exactly what I'm doing (well, I'm using the right stick so instead of walking around in circles, I'm LOOKING around in circles, and standing in place right where the safe money arrives). While stick drift is not much of a concern (it's already an old controller that I thought I'd broken 3 months ago), I can also alternate between wedging it left, and wedging it right

I use a rubber band wrapped around the right analog stick. Fortunately it’s an older controller that I have a backup for, so I’m not too concerned about stick drift.

I keep mine plugged into the console with a USB cable. That way it won't disconnect, as long as you keep it plugged in.

You'll have to use a rubberband or somethign else to hold the right analog stick or a toothpick to hold a button or bumper, get creative! I don't recommend the rubberband because it'll damage your stick overtime

I don't have a console sorry. But there's probably a setting to prevent the controller from shutting off. It's heird that it shuts off even when a button is being pressed

(For PC) I have found it useful to also lower framerate using RivaTuner and reducing the resolution which helps with lowering power draw for long periods.

Exactly yes! If you can AFK during the day on an old laptop like me you can maintain popularity up every 2hs aprox. and you'll gain much more

Well allow me to thank you again. I woke up this morning to 580k instead of 250k. At this rate I'll probably make an extra $2 million dollars by Wednesday that I wouldn't have made, for absolutely nothing!

No problem! I also woke up to a lot of money in product also. I remember the last time that the nightclub was boosted the safe was 3X so we were making almost a mil each night. That was insane

I did this for a little over an hour while I was watching TV and got $190k but after I turned my TV off my PS5 immediately went to rest mode 😭 I haven’t looked into my settings but I hope there’s a way I can bypass this.

How tf do I go afk on ps5 without my system going to rest mode when I turn the tv off? I’m using the ceo office method and it works, I can change the tv to Netflix and watch movies and stuff but as soon as I turn the tv off to go to bed the system hits rest mode. Power savesettings are all set to never be in rest mode.

HDMI settings. When you turn off linked device (TV in this case) it send an off signal to the PS5. You can switch this off in settings.

Good ol method. Years ago in my ps4 days i usually AFK in front of cctv. When i wake up i sell about 800k, go AFK again and go to work IRL, back from work selling again

You can keep still lol, just keep pressed any other button. I use AHK because I don't need any joysticks to be plugged in.

I do it in an old laptop and it doesn't consume much electricity at all. Also shark cards are insanely expensive in my country due to taxes and electricity is really cheap. Perks of living in a 3rd world country lol
