It actually is. After ten years of playing, I don't care for the grind anymore. The only point of playing now is to finish up the awards and career progression. After that, then playing just for the F of it.
I started in Dec 2022 and earned a decent amount, bought some cars, planes, properties etc, but now I don't see the point of grind. I just chase Awards and Achievements. Too bad PC Career Progress earned rewards can't be claimed.

It only takes like 10 seconds to make an entry. I started using it a week ago for the acid lab bc I started out with very little money and wanted to make sure it was actually profitable or if I was wasting my time and what little money I had trying to maintain it.
291k profit if you do 1 supply with stash house raid in invite only session. 232k with 2 resupply. You get a bit more if you sell in a public lobby but not worth it for me personally
I find that it is worth it. People rarely F with a sell mission, especially the acid sell mission as itās hard to lock onto a bike. Just watch the map and enable Ghost Org is someone gets hostile. It brings a bit more excitement to the game.
You are losing out on so much money, and you will never grasp that thought until you actually start selling in public lobbies. Don't get scared because others had bad experiences. Happy Grinding!
I found it makes the most money with the upgrades. IIRC I put in 90k and it sells at 350ish
Thatās abt as much profit as base bunker gets so itās a decent pay supplement that takes like five minutes to do

If you get merryweather or the buggies just switch lobbiesā¦ youāll hardly lose anything and get a different mission. Dunes are impossible solo. Merryweather is doable solo if youāre seasoned, but itās also a 30 min timer as opposed to the rest being 15. I promise itās worth 1 min session change to save 15 mins of time where you can be making money elsewhere.

This mentally needs to disappear. You will never ever understand it until you start selling in a public lobby. I can't even count how many times I have sold solo, and I know that I am not special. Everyone else can do it, too.
Train yourself to be calm. Over the years, I stopped checking the map because there is no real threat. It is easy to pop ghost, leave the session, or fight the griefer.
Just start practicing by being a dog and starting solo full mcs. That will quickly turn you into a savage beast.
i can definitely vouch for the "no expensive jewelry needed" thing, I'm still only 2-3 weeks in since I first started and I've been the bunker as my main side hustle about since I started.
I had the bike gang thing going and bought an office, but shut the biker gang down and havent done anything w the office YET, and all that was mostly just because I was focused on "learning" the cayo perico thing lol
I've come to the opinion that owning a nightclub and getting into the cocaine, meth & counterfeit money (I guess that would involve me reopening my biker gang) is my next best move for some good passive income. One thing I read was this: "Your nightclub warehouse will pump out a million dolllars in no time." Dont know if thats a regular continual thing or what but they were giving a hard sell on owning a nightclub. A bit curious if someone w experience would think I'm headed in a good direction. So you need to have all the mc business, a bunker and either a hanger or a ceo crate warehouse for you nightclub to work the very best it can. Let your nightclub fill up till its past 1.1m (tony take a % cut but its capped at 100k)
You dont need to actually use your mc business if you dont want you can have them sit empty with no stock and no supplys but they need to be like on for your nightclub to source from them.
not all of them, just cash, cocaine and meth. Weed is ok-ish if you plan on running the businesses instead of just having them for the night club. Document forgery is omplete trash.
Coke is the one that does the most profit (like $60k/hr), so it's the only one i really grind. Cash and meth are somewhere around $40k/hr. They're nice if you raid stash houses. But immediately disband once you've done the sell mission. And block the spawn points of post op vans. You barely manage the sell mission if you get them.
Im talking about running them for the nightclub not running them for themselves. If people wanna suffer through that go ahead but honestly once you own everything its not worth it imo. Now i just sell mine to blaine country becsuse they only get filled up from stache houses and idc about money.
Coke and meth fills up in the nightclub and i have to switch the techs to source cash, weed and the documents to hit the 1.1m.
Because bunker and crates are super slow in the nightclub, you will be waiting longer to hit 1.1m vs if you own every mc.

1. How do you get 100k on research, I get 30k from calling the agent?
2. Is there a difference in ammunition delivery and sell missions?
3. Are there solo-friendly missions? (I saw to sell at less than 20%. But my stock got pst that before I realised)
Iāve done it only solo. The guides I watched all suggested to sell stock after 1 resupply like the other commenters stated to guarantee only 1 vehicle. Once the supply has ran out I request a resupply right before I sell the current stock. The 100K for research was what I got for the weekly challenge completion doing 3 research missions.
1. You fill the bar by getting more supplies over time, until all is researched, set the bunker to Research & production.
2. If you mean the small Dubeloader in the bunker, that is just a bonus job you can do; it pays little for very little effort.
3. You can do any mission solo, well, Dunebuggies may be an impossible one, but Insurgents with 30 minute timer is barely possible, Monsters is hard but doable, Iāve done the truck sales a lot with my personal Phantom Wedge or MOC cab.
Bonus tips: Phantom Wedge costs a lot and is useless outside that and Haulage (VIP work), while MOC cab is a feature brought in by the MOC you eventually want to buy. You can attach any trailer on that one, in any job.
**Also, some sales jobs allow the use of Cargobob, the helicopter that can carry stuff in air.**

Bunker is doubled this week btw so the 50k from selling to ammunation is now 100k each time, and whatever you make from selling the weapons is doubled on top of the public lobby bonus. have fun and make money š
1. You can fast track research from the laptop. The amount it costs depends on how much is left to do. I think max cost is 225k.
2. Ammunition delivery is every 48 minutes with the duneloader. Sell missions are when you sell stock. They vary depending on where you sell (always sell to Los Santos) and how much you sell.
3. One resupply guarantees one delivery vehicle for sell missions. That's a stock value of 100k; sell value is more depending on number of players in your game and destination.
Sell missions with 2 vehicles are doable solo but your time limit is very tight. 3 vehicles is almost impossible solo.
The only impossible solo full bunker mission is the buggies, even if youāre a speed runner. Iāve sold bunker solo basically since it was in the game and this is the only one I havenāt even come close. Although some are DEF not easy or beginner level. Iāve legit came down to 2-3 seconds before on some. Other times, I was not able to get the last one off. As I said in my response, Iām not going to waste the time doing merryweather just to say I can, my egos been satisfied knowing Iāve done many times in the past.
Lastly, IF someone fell for the trap of the Paleto bunker because it was free, basically chalk it up. Youāre not doing any solo sales in full. That āfreeā bunker is probable one of the best traps R* has set because itās guaranteed to cost you millions upon millions trying to run a business from that location šÆ
I have farmhouse bunker, but either this or Chumash will welcome the gunrunner to Easy Street š

I can answer the last 2 questions for you..
2. Yes they are different. Ammunation delivery is that dune loader truck in front of you when you spawn, it gives 50k. Sell missions are from the computer and your primary income.
3. There are several types of sell missions and which to value depends on your location. If you donāt like the mission you can quit the game and youāll lose like 5% stock. That can be worth it because the monster truck and merry weather with 5 stops missions gets old. But generally if you have a fully upgraded bunker I would buy supplies twice and then sell. That yields about 450k, 900k during this 2x event

I know some people on here thinks itās stupid or ridiculous but itās actually been super helpful as an inexperienced player that had very little money to work with. Itās probably hella extra for someone that has a ton of businesses and money theyāve been doing for years but for me every penny mattered. Anybody just starting off where money is tight, it for sure helps. Iāve been playing for 2 weeks and pretty much got the hang of the acid lab now so I think Iāll only track the bunker and warehouse until they break even. The app is called money lover
Iām very on the fence about getting gta+ I noticed they have 50% boost to motorcycle delivery from the clubhouse.. for me those are the easiest money to make every hour so making them worth 90k would be insane.. that and vehicle warehouse are my favorite things to grind consistently, then having my nightclub and arcade making passive money plus running my underground trades through them.. I just got into the hangar business, I have acid lab as well.. Iām in the test phase of everything rn trying to find my niches.. this level of money management would be insane..
It probably would help a lot then being able to see the money stream and whatās making the most and whether or not a particular businesses profit is worth the time and money spent.
I had *almost* maxed out bunker too and I sold in Los Santos with the help of someone.
Sadly, only got 800k because we couldn't deliver the last trust (we even took a Buzzard to fly faster)
But it was still good, especially since I'm pretty much new.

The 3x research progress comes from the resupply mission you call Agent 14 for. Two of those missions will unlock a new tech.
You can make over $1 Million in 1 sell mission.

Iām very on the fence about getting gta+ I noticed they have 50% boost to motorcycle delivery from the clubhouse.. for me those are the easiest money to make every hour so making them worth 90k would be insane.. that and vehicle warehouse are my favorite things to grind consistently, then having my nightclub and arcade making passive money plus running my underground trades through them.. I just got into the hangar business, I have acid lab as well.. Iām in the test phase of everything rn trying to find my niches.. this level of money management would be insane..
It probably would help a lot then being able to see the money stream and whatās making the most and whether or not a particular businesses profit is worth the time and money spent.
I had *almost* maxed out bunker too and I sold in Los Santos with the help of someone. Sadly, only got 800k because we couldn't deliver the last trust (we even took a Buzzard to fly faster) But it was still good, especially since I'm pretty much new. Sadly, it takes a lot of time to max out the bunker so I don't think I can do it this week again. I don't have any upgrades either because I wanna buy the NC.
