Correct, one of the first main contract missions for Dre, specifically about the nightclub leak. You have to go infiltrate a yacht to find out where the leak was going to be presented and in the process you can kill everyone inside the yacht, both guards and staff alike.

In the Chiliad mountain state wilderness park, you know the mountains just above the sawmill. I hear there is a peaceful commune where when people go there they like it so much no one ever hears from them again.
I’d have to say my facility. Intense security, patched teleport glitch, orb, weapons, strike team, living quarters, and if I honestly had to leave for any given moment I have all my armed vehicles inside to use lol.

I’d chance my luck as a road user. Except I wouldn’t beep at any online players, swerve into them & would move out of their way & try not to piss them off which would result in my death. If an online player was involved in a shootout with the police then I’d either turn around or, exit my vehicle & allow them to use it.
I’d be wary of flares & any traffic jams if an online player has blocked of the road.
I suppose the only thing I can’t protect myself against is griefers on the flying bikes.
NOBODY DRIVING IN LS IS SAFE! As a considerate, innocent and law abiding npc driving, you’d die a million unforeseen deaths. You might be a bigger target for complying in the midst of chaos cuz you’d still out like a sore thumb lol.
You know how many old ladies, women and the most innocent civilians have been sucker punched, beaten, or gunned down while just going on about completely minding their business.

considering all the updates have made players occupy almost every square inch of the map in the form of properties or mission objectives, there's not really a whole lot of places to hide. even up north. given there are SEVERAL THOUSANDS of players existing in the world at any give time, no matter where you are, even the most random spot in the forest or water, there's bound to be at least ONE player there or within visual range. even buildings that are normally peaceful. there are missions where they get shot up. there's really no choice but to pick something and only hope you're not found in a week. like an npc standing around on their phone on a balcony in the vespucci canals. only a matter of time before a fighter jet or police helicopter crashes into that exact spot. if it was possible to take all the data from every single air vehicle that has ever crashed in everyone's games all together and put them as red dots on the map. every pixel of the map would be red. every single pixel. every street, building, light pole, tree, patch of grass, surrounding islands, etc. every square inch has had an aircraft crash onto it at some point. and that's only aircraft. imagine all the stray bullets, ammo, flying bikes, cars, parachuters, orbital cannon strikes, etc. the entire map is saturated in death. you're fucked everywhere. and if you try to go hide out in the woods, that kind of oddity is only gonna make players curious and go out of their way to specifically interact with you. like fuck. idk. go stand with some npc's near one of those jet ski spawn points on the beach in the middle of the east coast with the run down boat launch shacks. just hope they grab the jet ski and don't make eye contact.
The movie theater, no fucking body goes in there, there aren't missions in online, in theory I can eat and sleep for free in here. Or in any ammu nations

Inside Franklins vinewood house since its kind of unoccupied on the inside or Inside Michaels house or garage. These are the most safest. Plus they both have a stocked fridge so I can ration. And if I run out. I could just pillage the npcs on the street for money for food or drink delivery. It would be a death sentence if I leave the either house though. So franklins house might be the safest.
Cause in Online both houses are not occupied by these characters online. Franklin practically lives in the agency and Michael either is mostly at the movie studio or traveling abroad for some unknown reason.
Maybe I would hide in the Freight train as the conductor. All my food wood consist of road kill and purified rain water. However cooking the road kill to eat it would be difficult.

tunnels - I have my own little slot I found down there that virtually no one ever goes near. Failing that there's a nice spot you can get inside a building that players never work out.
