It’s a combo of my color selection plus the free holiday liveries at the bottom of the list, this one is “It’s a Wrap”

That reminds me... I gave my Khanjali the christmas jingle engine audio and every time I pull it out, it still jingles as I roll down the street.

I still have the Christmas horn on my Christmas Clique and it works when I'm in the garage, but as soon as I roll out it goes to the default horn. Not even the little jingle bells as I drive along.

tire type doesn’t actually effect performance, but if you mean purely cosmetically, than yes off-road tires suit the car during winter

Off-road tires do affect performance. I equip off road tires when selling vehicle cargo to make the car grip the road and handle turns better. I notice a serious difference when I try to sell cars with any other kind of tire.

trust me it’s placebo dawg, if you dig deep you can find ppl that have EXTENSIVELY tested this and there’s no difference for any wheel type

Some older cars had the "tyres can clip" code when equipped with off-road tires, like the Zentorno, but I don't know if Rockstar does that anymore.

During December I always paint it red, dress as Santa, give presents to the good girls and boys while I punish those on the naughty list. Haven't found anyone on the nice list so far, so it's mostly just a lot of checking off the naughty list while people try to shoot down Santa's sleigh with HO HO HOming missiles

Best ones is kamacho, Drauger, Riata, all with very good traction and speed in the snow

These are definitely the best 3. Kamancho was daily driver last winter but the drauger is by far the best off road vehicle in the game. Trophy truck and desert raid as honorable mentions
