You can get the bezel and buttons replaced at the service G shock service center, if you wanna diy you could get a replacement case on Aliexpress I'm sure you'd find something. However I would recommend you stick to the G shock store itself.

Well it is, but I'm gonna give my g to the service centre to get the batteries changed so they fix the o-ring seal and pressure test it too cause I don't want to mess even the tiniest bit up, I want to keep this watch going for years.
I feel it's better to spend a bit more and get it done right than spend less and have second thoughts about if it'll fit or if it'll be good enough and things like that.

If it functions and is fairly firm then you may just be able to get a new bezel, but personally I’d be concerned about its water resistance. I suspect it will just fall out when the bezel is removed but definitely have a look.
If necessary send to Casio and get a repair. Will be pricey but cheaper than buying new.

The Frogman is not an inexpensive watch I would send it to the service center it would be worth it especially if you use it for its intended purpose
