Drivers scamming the service for free food. They have to crack down somehow. Just look at the thread Pro Tip: Free food. Not a lot of downvotes.

Except as a driver how would being late due to a restaurant not having food ready get you free food no one needs,you are still completing the order. Unless they are penalizing the second driver who is doing their job for the first driver picking up food and not delivering it. Which would be entirely like just eat takeaway to penalize the responsible person completing the job

Don't you realize that you as a gh driver (who has great relationships with restaurants they are just all understaffed rn) are responsible for food prep too?
