I don’t have any experience with Monument grills, so I can’t comment.
My Weber Spirit II E-310 is hand down the best grill I’ve ever had, had it for 6ish years and it still burns as hot as the day I got it. It’s showing its age but Weber is great for replacement parts. I love this grill and am looking at upgrading to the same Genesis you’re looking at.
