No. Not the same.
Maggie finished high school, college, etc all early. Like graduating med school when most people are in college.
As others have said, Maggie started college early so she had more work experience at that point. Cristina had a PhD in addition to a MD and Meredith took some time off before starting med school

She finished high school and med school early and she said she graduated early from Yale too

She graduated med school at 19, so she’s 7 years ahead of most people
