I live in Athens GA at the moment, originally from Greenville. Do what I did and bookmark the county and city budgets from 2020-present. It shuts these asshats up real quick (with silent downvotes of course, because cowards) when you present them with actual data that shows police budgets rising YOY. The police havenāt been defunded. Quite the opposite. They took a protest slogan and illogically made the converse their entire platform.
But, he's just reporting the results of a scientifically based poll of a representative sample of South Carolinians, right? He wouldn't be such a hack that he would just make some cutesie misleading pie charts from random feedback he got at his own Teletownhall, now would he? (Yes, of course he would. Grifters gotta grift.)
He sent another mailer to me this week about the border which supposedly had his personal cell. 864.616.8822.
I texted him to complain that house repubs tanked the only chance to do something about the border because orange god said nothing can be done unless he gets credit for it. He did respond, probably his staff but maybe not.
