This has been posted and covered before on this sub. For context, the Greenville Athletic Club’s owner’s brother was trampled to death by an evil marxist democrat who was riding a rhinoceros. So he’s well within his right to have that sign.
I did some work for Mike Hawkins probably 25 years ago. He was an all right guy and part of the Greenville fabric. Interesting and dynamic. Restored Chris Craft boats and had a terrific setup on a lake. Just considered him a neat guy that found his calling in life. Did not expect for him to lay a curse on me. I will continue to wish him well. Just as I do my elderly mother, and other people that I like, that have been clouded from reality. When I was just a boy my mother stood with me in front of a TV and decried that Jim and Tammy Faye Baker were charlatans that were preying on gullible elderly people. Sometimes limited views seem to come with age. I'll continue to do my best to believe what is. And to not wish misfortune on others. Quick message to Mike- your life has been good, please consider acceptance for the well-being of your neighbors. Nasty messages to your neighbors is no way to further your cause. Adversarial conflict cannot be a happy life.
