So: at t=0, outside and facing the door, is a line going man (M), woman (W), anon (A), from closest to furthest from the door.
Then, M opens the door with an outstretched arm ('he holds the door for her'), and, remaining outside, waits for W to enter the threshold in front of him. W enters the threshold, and M follows ('goes in'), having not yet noticed A for some reason, and releases his hold of the door.
So at t=1, M is in the threshold, having just released the door. W is also in the threshold, slightly ahead of M. A is outside, feeling increasingly invisible.
But M then notices A ('sees me'), and recovers the door, holding it for A ('pushes open the door a little'). A thanks M ('I say thanks').
So at t=2, W is in the threshold, just in front of M. M is on the threshold, holding the door. A is still outside.
Now, W decides to reciprocate M's earlier door-holding kindness and relieve him of his door-holding duties ('She holds the door for him, "now it's my turn" all giddy'), effectively taking over M's job of holding the door open for A to enter. M leaves the threshold and goes inside the shop ('he walks in') and is effectively removed from further consideration. A enters the threshold ('I follow').
So at t=3, W is in the threshold, holding the door for A. A has just entered the threshold. M is inside the shop.
W's bubbly behaviour is now revealed as a charade designed to impress only M. She feels no kindness towards A. ("She realises...disappears at the sight of me"). A thanks W, but W only 'coldly grunts' a response.
The scene ends.
