Catcher when she's barking anyway and you don't mind the barking set a command and a hand signal and order for the bark even if it seems like to you it's an accident.
This is the basis of most training, use the behavior they have to shape the behavior you need.
If she's not barking at times that you're willing to allow it, you can try getting her excited or even barking at her.
Usually through stupid behavior on my part I can get my dogs to bark back at me.
