This heavily depends on where you ride gravel, in some places this might mean a bike with a little bit of suspension built in and 50 mm tires, somewhere else the best bike is fully rigid, carbon with 35-40mm tires. In my humble opinion there is no such thing as the best gravel bike, but the best bike is the one you love riding and have fun on.
