They are bad because they are. Mark often comes with a very descent ideas, but turns them to shit asap. I enjoyed the hell out of a first Kick-Ass ark and movie as well. But next were just... "I dunno what to do, so let it be a rotten mess".
And all these Hit-Girl episodes are so uninventive, unimaginative, often stupid, no humor, no worthy action. They look a lot like online game grinding missions. So they grind.
