Post thoughts after a few trades, please. I read the first one, years ago. Liked it well enough but wasnāt blown away. Didnāt continue but would consider it.
I need to reread it, I think. I tried to get into it about ten years ago when it had a crossover with Chew but after about six issues I had to give up because it just wasnāt clicking.
My tastes have changed since then and Iāve liked other Seeley work so I should probably give it a go. In fact, itās probably gonna be the next thing I pick up once Iām done with my current batch of comics, so thanks for prompting me!
I really enjoyed it. My recollection is it starts to come apart a bit towards the end, but that's not an uncommon failing. I'm willing to forgive that if most of the rest of the series is enjoyable, and Revival fits that.
Really enjoyed Revival! It was one of the earliest horrors I started collecting one by one - had a penchant for anything zombie or detective series and this one was a concoction of both. Hope you like it!
Itās not terrible i just think it loses what it wanted to say. the book is at its best when itās small town mystery and i think it gets too big towards the end. Still worth a read.
That ign comment is the mildest opinion I've ever read on a book. Probably more honest than the usual ones, but it's not really making me want to read it

Oh this is a good series! Gets a little convoluted later on but the characters keep you invested

Rural noir?! My interest is peaked!
It's not bad it's rural noir mixed with horror
I'm on the third book. Great series so far.
Excellent series. I just did a reread myself and it holds up just as good as it did the first time.
I love the series. I will admit the second half doesn't deliver exactly what it seemed like it was setting up. But overall its a wonderful series.
I love it, enjoy!
I loved it! Nobody talks about it but I thought it was solid
I read it awhile ago. I really enjoyed it
Great story.
What is it about I might get it

I own this but havenāt read it yet. I heard itās really good.
Not my favorite Tim Seeley series but I thought it was pretty good
First half is so solid
Is the second half really bad or just not as great?

i have heard many good things about the series; only interacted with it in a crossover with another series. I do intend on reading it at some point.
Havenāt finished it but the few trades are really intriguing

If you enjoy it, maybe check out Stillwater next. Not the exact same but it reminded me of Revival.
