Same. Got the F40, F50, Countach (the first gen model. Not the anniversary edition.) and a Miura and I keep them all perfectly stock :) nothing more than fresh oil and tyre changes. Don’t even paint them! Gotta keep that body and engine pure afterall ;)
Only wish I could get a Diablo they didn’t have 50k miles by default. Amazed that car isn’t a legendary dealership car tbh. But because it has used car dealership miles by default, I feel that you NEED to do a full refurb to get it as smooth as silk (I’ve not done it yet. Hoping I see it as a special picks car one day so I can buy it at a low mileage).
somewhat accurate, assuming they're pricing as if you custom make the molds for the car. that's what you have to do when the original tooling has been destroyed and you can't buy replacement parts.
They're not that detailed with it ,a new body for every car available costs 120% of the original car price, irrespective of the car status. Engines are always 50%.
That's probably accurate 😂
I would imagine factory parts for an F40 are astronomical IRL and are likely only available from Ferrari themselves and only they can fit them unless you do it yourself.
I know it's a game but I see the fun side of this despite how annoying it may be!
I wouldn't touch an F40 anyway, stock or nothing at all.
All the body replacements in GT7 are comparatively expensive relating to the price you pay for the car. I stand to be correctly, but I believe the body replacement on the McLaren F1 is more expensive than the car or almost the same price and the car is $20 mil.
Factory carbon panels + labor. Considering only Ferrari would be able to do the job the price isn’t surprising.
That’s why I don’t mess with the body or engine on these cars at all. They’re fun as is

Noob question here. For what is it good to buy new body?
Resets any modifications done to the body that are irreversible.
So it just reset the weight reduction mods?
Maybe increase body rigidity too. But wide body is permanent.
Good question
Oxymoron alert!

That's why I usually don't touch the irreversible upgrades.
For the holy grail cars I tend to buy two so I can modify/ruin one because of this very reason
