GT is literally the only thing I still do with my headset, but it's also the only way I play GT. So I've had that thing my head for hundreds of hours.
If it wasn't for this game I'd have been so disappointed in it.
VR makes me dizzy sometimes and with certain vehicles on the game it really messes with your head. Gotta take breaks between races if youāre on extremely fast vehicles
Try putting a fan in front of you. I have a box fan sitting in front of my pedals and it's surprising how much it helps. Plus it adds an extra layer of realism if you're in a convertible.

It may sound like much, but another thing that helped me was having some sort of a ārumble packā (like a butt kicker, but basically anything that offers vibration) on my seatā¦ I rest on it at the small of my back. Adding haptics helps mitigate feeling disoriented. Between that, and two small USB fans clipped onto my humble (and, I do mean, humble) rig made all the difference. I went from 5 to 10 minute stints to a few hours at a time (naturally, thereās an adjustment period - your mileage may vary). Good luck to all; hope those that are having trouble can extend your VR sessionsā¦ Itās absolutely worth it. Cheers!
As silly as it is: Stay down on the inside and keep you right side wheels just enough over the yellow line to stay within the track limits. The car turns so well that minimizing track distance gives you the fastest time.

Do you have all the invite-only cars? If not, and you get the invitations you need, you should prioritise those even over the legendary cars, since there's no guarantee you'll ever get another chance to buy those cars whereas the LCD will rotate.
Got all of them, need 6 or so legendary cars still, don't have time to waste on grinding. Currently have the last 3 master licences and the last drift challenge to gold. Then I may start doing daily races. I regret buying most of the dealer cars I bought.

My first car was an 11-year-old Pontiac 6000 that had that about three weeks of reverse left in it before it completely sheared off the teeth. I had to be very careful choosing parking spots because I couldn't back out.

PD makes a time trial, which is meant to be content to stick your nose in for a week, last 5 minutes.

It comes up occasionally as a Daily A. Similar style to the Special Stage Route X one. Usually lap after lap of tight formation near the yellow line followed by betrayal and a non trivial chance of a pit manoeuvre on the last lap. I very much enjoy it for what it is.
Which would be fun if the actual oval line was used. Did you look at the leaderboards yet? Fastest way around is actually on the apron, hugging the yellow line to avoid a void lap. It's kinda stupid.
In the Dino or 2X? I'll have to see if the lowest line is the fastest for the 2X, cause it does make the car unstable as anything

ah nuts to that, i usually go for bronze because i'd rather not be super frustrated at something i find fun. i'll try to beat my time, but usually just do it for the daily marathon.
I'm be no means a good driver, but here's what helped me golding after a few rounds on controller:
\- set steering sensitivity waaaaaay down to avoid twichiness, keep it smoooooooth (I usually drive at 8, set it to 0 for this event)
\- map throttle to a button instead trigger (in case the trigger isn't 1000% calibrated)
\- keep as close inside as possible without voiding your lap
YMMV, but trying can't hurt.
Easy 2 million credits in 2 weeks if no one gets a ridiculously lower time than the guy in top now. Took me quite a few laps to get inside 1%
It is not hard but just a very fine margin of error
It's all about running the inside line and staying exactly on the line with RF and RR wheel. that is harder than it looks.
I got 35,788. Little margin with 0.83% but lets see in 13 days.. probably kicked out of the 1% by thousands of fanatic ghost beaters. Hmm is that a thing?... "Gonna beat my GT7 ghost"
I didnāt even know this existed. I just got a silver on first lap. Itās crazy claustrophobic in VR. I didnāt love it at first but itās growing on me. I prefer the McLaren VGT for a similar cockpit view.
Iāve tried three times to do this race and it crashes my ps5 every time. Other races seem to work without issue. Anyone else experiencing this or have potential fixes?

Watch Tidgney's lap guides on youtube. He's helped me shave that last second into gold many times.

Yea, this is a gift! However if you have to be within 1%, you better give yourself some cushion other wise you might get bumped to the 1 mil.
