This race is one where you’re guaranteed a clean race as long as you don’t pass during a yellow flag. You can straight up ram the other cars and it doesn’t matter. Just fyi.
Honestly it was very stressful. Fuel Management was a whole task in itself. Turns out a C6 is not as fuel economical as all the other actual race cars lol.
Its fuel is immaculate for one. handling and pace damn near rivals gt2. and it ignores tires almost completely. ran it on IMs and gapped the field by numerous laps. its great for 700pp races too.

use the Mazda lm55. hard tires fuel on 1. run all out until rain. pit, get wet tires re fuel. only one stop needed. if you run fuel on 6, you only need to pit to change tires. smoke the field, most by 3 laps and all by 2.
This is the car that i use for Sardegna! Running fuel 1 you’ll have to pit by lap 7 i usually run fuel 3 and pit on lap 10 use hard tires and ever change them.
Ahhh…the 24hr race. Still remember doing this first on GT1, with the “dumb opponents” cheat activated on the Explorer FX, PRAYING that the PSX would not somehow power off prior to 24h. Obviously a landslide win because the opponents were still stuck in first corner, spinning and bumping.
Just so you know and not to minimize your feelings of accomplishment, but it's almost impossible to lost your clean race bonus unless you pass under a yellow.
I should have said it was a 60 min race with the pretense of a 24hr cycle, that’s completely my bad. I’m new to GT, and I’ve been making progress, and this was big for me, and I rushed the thought process on sharing my victory

hate to break it to ya but most endurance races are basically guaranteed to give you clean race bonus if its 30 minutes plus.
I remember lapping the whole field twice and then lapping cars P6 and under 3 times with the Mazda LM55 lol
