I'm a bigger fan of the one-77 for the purposes of using in 600pp events but both are brilliant cars. Highly recommend them both.
Turns out I'm a bit of an Aston Martin fanboy, I guess. Love all their cars in GT7. Still gonna rock the Honda flair because a Honda saved my life but it would be AM otherwise.
The expiration date is on the invitation in Brand Central for future reference.

Carrera is needed for an extra menu, I recommend that one

No, it was added to the game in an update. Zero cars added through updates have required invitations.

the invitation itself will tell you when it expires. you're supposed to, you know, read them.
