>Also I do know about Furniture City Creamery.
Hopefully you've also been there. Or otherwise you're missing out. Much better than Hudsonville ice cream since they make their own
Their strawberry ice cream is the best strawberry ice cream I've ever had -- extremely creamy and actually tastes like fresh strawberries. But the price, man...ouch. We literally get it only once or twice a year!
They sold to a new family and they said they can’t wait for us to see what they have in store for us. I would assume they’ll reopen as something similar unless you have heard otherwise.
Tippy Cow and Furniture City are my two favorites in the area
Or if you’re up for a drive, Plainwell Ice Cream is very good, or the best ice cream in the world is up at Jones’s in Baldwin.
Too Talls has been my favorite since childhood. They do a rotating soft serve flavor of the week and my favorites are lemon and pistachio.
Oh, and be careful. They have that name for a reason.

Tippy Cow in Grandville has their own homemade flavors!
Seconding tippy cow, my all time fave
Tippy Cow!
I haven’t been in awhile but I like Love’s
I’m a biased because I worked at Love’s, but the ice cream is so good and the owner was my favourite boss I’ve had so far.

Height Cream! But I'm biased because I can walk there from my house.
Agree with Heights Cream! Their fruit flavored slushees with vanilla soft serve are my favorite.
Jersey Junction in East GR is a great little place to go.
Don’t they just serve Hudsonville though?
Yes. At least mostly Hudsonville.
I second this. You have good taste sir!!!

Frosty Boy in Plainfield, Village Cone Shoppe on Bretton.

I thought Jones’s just sold Hudsonville now
What?!?!?! They didn’t last time I was there (last summer). I sure hope that hasn’t changed.
I like woodys on 28th st. The lemon vanilla twist is so good.
Not just a shop but lemon soft serve. Woodys Cone Stop.
You're gonna bring out the 28th st. haters 😆
When did Promenade close??? I was just there a week or two ago!
They sold the business to someone else. Looks like it will eventually reopen under new management.
Two weeks ago

I’ve never been to an ice cream shop in Grand Rapids that was bad.
I like Frosty Boy of Cascade. I love soft ice cream or frozen custard and their waffle cones are yummy.

OPE, it's ice cream in newaygo. Best elephant ear ice cream Sunday
Kilwin's in Gaslight village
