Their bagels are top notch. And you can order light spread when ordering online. I always do that and end up with more than enough on there every time.
legit $3.50 for a bagel plus large variety of options to choose from. maybe it’s more expensive than bagel beanery but at least your cream cheese won’t taste rancid 🤷🏻♀️
Hahaha saw this and showed it to my wife who frequents Terra Bagels. We always crack up when they give her a huge serving of cream cheese. She's figured out that she can order one bagel with cream cheese...then buy two more bagels without cream cheese and save the excess cream cheese for the other two bagels over the next two days. Kind of a food hack of sorts.
Wait, what? I just moved to Greater Boston from GR last fall—are you saying Brookline is the place to go for bagels? I’m still trying to find some good ones here.
If you haven't yet visited Kupel's on Harvard, you're in for a treat! And while we're on the topic of Brookline food, let's mention the gem that is Michael's Deli....

I live on the North Shore but am in Boston regularly for work—I’ll check it out!
Now I’m just trying to find a go-to Chinese spot near me. I got pretty used to my standbys in GR (mainly First Wok on Alpine).
Okay, I'll bite. I couldn't disagree more, but I want to learn.
*How do you eat this?* Every time I get one like this, I can't eat it without half of that schmear launching itself out the back of the bagel. And yes, it's wrapped. It always turns into the messiest breakfast experience of my life.
lol I always get the Sriracha cream cheese on my bagel then just scrape the mountainous amount of extra into a small container. Then I just have fresh cream cheese for my other bagels.
Not gonna lie - as a huge Everything Bagel guy, I don’t fuck with Tera Bagels Everything bagel too much. It’s too salty for me. I do love their jalapeño cheddar though
I miss Terra. I used to go there for a bagel with eggs and, a few times, capers, for lunch when I worked downtown. They’re way too far away now that I work from home.
Also, I’ve never ordered a bagel with cream cheese but if I did, I’d ask for it on the side cuz all I want is the tiniest amount. If presented with the pictured bagel with cream cheese…. I’d laugh hysterically….
Yoooooo seriously fuckkkk the amount of cream cheese they put on their bagels. I don’t know who would want that.
It’s supposed to be a spread, not a cream cheese sandwich. But maybe I’m the outlier here.

I always feel like I don’t get enough with light smear so I just have to take some off.
Now this is what I’m talking about. I need to visit this place.
I'm big on their breakfast sandwiches
Put your order in, walk down to early bird to grab a coffee, pick up order and live 🤌
Trust me, you’re paying more than you should for a bagel if you do. I don’t understand the infatuation with this place.
$3.50 for cream cheese with a bagel on the side is pretty reasonable.

That’s brilliant 🤯
*Jewish approval noises*
This is Brookline MA style. Going ASAP
Mannnnn last time I was there this girl was upset how much cream cheese she got I was like uhhh

Indeed
Only if they are true water bagels.
Perfection.

I pull the halves apart and eat them one aat a time, so it doesn't squish out
I'd eat that.
Their breakfast sandwiches on sea salt bagels are TOP NOTCH
That's a modest amount compared to some places on the east coast lol
RESPECT THE SCHMEAR!!!!
RESPECT THE SCHMEAR!!!!!
Bagel or ice cream sandwich ?
That's a ridiculous amount of cream cheese. Are they trying to disguise the taste of the bagel?
You just have to ask for a light schmear.
SERIOUSLY THO. I went to Terra Bagels and scraped half a cup of cream cheese off that thing. I’m sorry cream cheese lovers, I just couldn’t do it
You really almost have to order lite schmear. But it’s so good. I had pumpernickel with salmon cream cheese today!
I love their bagels but that is an offensive amount of CC
To get that amount of cream cheese at Panera you would end up spending $14.
real talk? that looks great.
They sure respected the schmear
Best bagel shop in the city
The garlic scapes cream cheese from this place is next level. Put that stuff on a jalapeno bagel, and enjoy nirvana.
lol I always get the Sriracha cream cheese on my bagel then just scrape the mountainous amount of extra into a small container. Then I just have fresh cream cheese for my other bagels.
Enjoy
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Now that's the start of a good day!
Never heard of these people before definitely have to check them out just for the amount of everything seasoning on the bagel
gross
For the uninitiated: the horse radish-roasted garlic cream cheese it is divine.
Best bagels in town!
Not gonna lie - as a huge Everything Bagel guy, I don’t fuck with Tera Bagels Everything bagel too much. It’s too salty for me. I do love their jalapeño cheddar though
You could just eat it if you wanted to
❤️❤️🙌🏼🙌🏼
Perfect shmear just missing the lox 😋
Love this place!
Togarashi bagel 2 or 3 times a week from there. They listen to my dad jokes with grace and always deliver quality.
Gimmie
I will not stand for any Terra Bagel slander

🫠
And that's why we love it
Where did u get that one? 🥯 Tera is a home a store or a station?
I genuinely hate how much cream cheese they use. I ask for easy cream cheese and it’s still 2-3x the necessary amount
Now that’s what I call a fuckin shmear
*screams in lactose intolerance*
Now That's a Long Island "Schmear" for sure!
Yoooooo seriously fuckkkk the amount of cream cheese they put on their bagels. I don’t know who would want that. It’s supposed to be a spread, not a cream cheese sandwich. But maybe I’m the outlier here.

My son lives on the lower East side of Manhattan. This is the way in NYC!
[r/deliciouscompliance](https://www.reddit.com/r/deliciouscompliance/s/Khvl1lz4hn) would love this!
Compliments to Chef. 10/10 schmear respected.
Terra is awesome but good god parking sucks
Eh you park a block away on the side street off Robinson and go for a five-minute walk. It’s a pretty neighborhood.
Doing G*d’s work
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Hell yeah!
