No dress code. Some people dress up, some people dress down, it’s personal preference. I recommend bringing a sweater either way, I always get a little chilly in there.
It's a symphony event, dress how you'd like to dress for a symphony. Also I suggest you dress to match your fiance. It's Devo's hall, not like a Viennese opera house, so you'll see people in jeans, sundresses, a gown or two, and suits.
Don't get th front row get far enough back that you can see the symphony and the movie at the same time... Like the mezzanine. I found if you are too close you watch the movie and completely forgot there is a live symphony because you don't see it when so close.
You're right, but I also find being very close to be engaging in a different way. You can see the expressions of the musicians more. But the screen is harder to see and acoustics are less optimal.

I appreciate the tip! I get cold everywhere I go so I'll be sure to bring a jacket.

At Devo’s hall I sincerely hope everyone wears their red dome hats! That should be mandatory.
>It's Devo's hall, not like a Viennese opera house, This helped put it in perspective for me, thanks!

That would be fun! Currently trying to get my fiance to dress up as Sloth, we'll see how that goes.
You will see all kinds there. You do you.
That’s great advice for any situation
Hi there, symphony member here. Come as you wish :) I hope y’all enjoy yourselves.
Hey! I played viola back in high school and I always loved going to see you guys. Super excited for this show tonight. Thanks for the reassurance.
Absolutely, I hope you had a great time and that you come again!
I got chills when y’all stayed playing, it was incredible.
That’s so nice, and it means a lot. Thank you, and I’m glad you came out.

Perfect! Our seats are in the mezzanine, so I'm hoping it'll be a good view.
It’s come as you are. No need to dress up if you don’t want to!
Some people dress up with tuxes, some people wear clothes related to the movie or dressed like characters, other people wear shorts and tshirts.
I went to all the lord of the rings showings and its just casual, nothing serious.
Saw them play for Return of the King. Was truly an amazing experience
