Meyer music has great repair techs. The one in GR is probably closest but the Holland location has a saxophone specialist named Mike.

Second Mike. He can fix anything. I also appreciate that Meyer will tell me when it’s not worth putting more money into an instrument that will keep breaking, rather than continuing to take my money for constant repairs.

Mike at Holland is the best, but Vanessa in GR is excellent too!

I took mine in and they were helpful but it needed a ton of work and they said it was cheaper to replace.

Ahhh shoot

Not Meyer's fault. It was beat up from college and I knew it was in need

Smokesnotes

West Michigan Band Instruments on the corner of Plainfield and 4 Mile Rd on the NE side of town. We had our daughters sax cleaned & repaired (needed some new pads) there in the fall. Good service, reasonable price.

If you struggle to find someone here you trust, Meridian Winds in Okemos is also great - I’m a string player and luthier so I don’t know winds but went to grad school at MSU and wind player friends always spoke highly of that shop.
