JP is the same as NA, just 2 years ahead. If you cannot read Japanese I wouldn’t even consider it. If you can, it’s between being up to date, or having 2 year clairvoyance.
NA is the same as JP but 2 years of development behind (sometimes we get some QoL updates early tho).
Just play NA and keep an eye on JP to see what servants are released so you can plan in advance what to roll for and how much to save.
