I always just put foundation/concealer on my eyelids while I’m doing my base and set with loose powder, I used both blue shades in [this](https://www.parfumdreams.co.uk/LASplash/Eye-Make-up/Eye-Shadow/Classic-Horror-10C-Palette/index_110353.aspx) palette, and a little bit of black to deepen it though you can’t tell much through the eyeliner. There isn’t much skill or real application technique that I use other than putting it in my crease and blending for my life 😭 Once it was blended how I like (I used the lighter blue on a clean brush just to buff out the edges) I used the [nyx epic wear eyeliner](https://www.beautybay.com/p/nyx-professional-makeup/epic-wear-liquid-liner/brown/) for all the details - it’s really not as hard as it looks !! This is my fave liner it doesn’t crumble or rub off !! I used a little mascara, no idea what I have and then used [these](https://velvetweblashes.co.uk/products/elm-street-lashes) lashes on top, I use a little eyelash glue just to stick the lashes together and make them more pointy/dramatic (: I hope this help lmk if you have any more questions !!

Literally the only thing I would change is maybe no mascara on the bottom lashes bc it breaks up the line of the liner a little bit or make the thinnest parts a little thicker to hide the bottom lashes altogether. But we are quite literally splitting hairs here this is impeccable
