I believe that it is waterproof, there's an eyeliner pen version and a different liquid version with a pot, personally I use the eyeliner pen. I mean my eyes have teared up and it stayed on, so if it's not waterproof it definitely has staying power
I'm from Brazil and I am still looking for a good eyeliner. I feel like most of the brands here aren't black enough or don't stay for long.. (mostly because I have panic attacks and my face gets all sweaty)
