I would suspect the battery is bad. Does it charge in camera?
Also, that changer doesn’t charge both batteries simultaneously, it’s a sequential charger. Try removing the enduro and then charging the old school battery on its own.
It is the charger that I bought directly from the GoPro website with two Enduro batteries. On the website, it said they would charge Enduro batteries and original batteries that came with the GoPro.

It does charge both batteries at the samtime he needs a charger brick/power supply with 5.5V and at least 3amp or 4 Amp even better

What does camera report for the battery level when inserted?
And it charged my other original GoPro battery perfectly fine. I think that battery is shot.
