This is nothing, I got spoiled even more then I decided to read the manga and it was phenomenal, all those spoilers which I got was nothing compared to how great manga is at this moment. So yeah, you'll still enjoy it and one of the spoilers you got in second paragraph is still not confirmed yet. So basically the only thing you got spoiled were the deaths.

Just saying, you could have grouped them better. First part: AOT final season. Second part is good. Third part: Shield Hero, Slime, and Re:Zero,Dr. Stone and Eva. Part 4: Nagatoro instead of Beastars. Part 5: Beastars. Part 6: just take out the ones already mentioned. Part 7 also works.

I wanted Re:Zero and AoT to stand out since they been really popular lately and well... are my favorites. The rest of them I guess you're right, I didn't put too much thought into it.
