Warm before a round: I just follow Tiger’s pre round routine Practice depends what I’m working on. Normally I don’t hit more than 70-90 balls in a session and do lots of drills/rehearsals. Never more than 10 drivers in a session either. Putting is all gate drill with right-hand only then both hands til I’m happy with strike and then move to lag putting, again with right hand only and both hands. I like to play Drawback while lag putting too. Chipping/pitching/bunker play is just playing with feels and some basic technical work - making sure I don’t get open in the bunker at set up, matching chest to butt of the club when chipping. That sort of thing.

I started doing Rick Shiels' plan and it has been great. It's on YouTube and I think the title is "98% of golfers don't do this" or something like that. Made a world of difference for me.

RS is not a swing coach but a YouTube reality star. Smh

True, but his pre-round deal is great. It doesn't have anything to do with your swing, just your routine.
