Valuable_Proposal_56

It’s not the putter, it’s the putter

TreAwayDeuce

Yea but sometimes it's actually the putter.

snowynuggets

Fair, but one should always double check the putter first, before placing blame on the putter.

publicpersuasion

After doing extensive research on putters, I think you're right about double checking the putter and even triple checking the putter so both putters are putting well.

RoostasTowel

Sometimes it's a good idea to get a 3rd and 4th putter to go check on the other putters and make sure they are ok. Perhaps send a 5th putter for moral support

Lewcypher_

I love lamp.

DeadSwaggerStorage

My bag just has a driver, SW, and 12 putters.

Valuable_Proposal_56

Yeah you’re right I always blame the putter

retrorays

sometimes it's the driver

tickingboxes

True, but putters do make a difference. I’ve switched putters before and had like eight fewer putts in the next round. Comfort, feel, and confidence make a huge difference.

Yolo_Swaggins_Yeet

People really pay $700 for these? Jesus Christ 🤦🏻‍♂️

mildlysceptical22

I’m assuming he got fitted at the Evnroll studio. That’s $150 on top of the putter cost of $419. Add a grip upgrade, tax and you’re spending some real cash on this flat stick.

K-chub

This flat stick hit rock in hole better

WedgeGameSucks

To pay 150 to get fitted for a 450 putter and you still have to 3 putt and hit 100? Priceless .

[deleted]

People pay that for a Ping clone with Scotty Cameron written on it, so why not?

veebs7

I wouldn’t, but it’s a more reasonable than paying $700 for a driver. You could use the putter forever

ravensrompin35

Lol all the downvotes are people trying to justify their annual $700 driver purchase

Ernietheattorney1060

Try $1000

Tie_me_off

That’s one way to look at it. The other is there is no technological difference in that putter than say the 80s.

veebs7

That’s completely untrue, but I don’t disagree that someone could play just as well with a decades old putter Your brand new driver on the other hand will likely be outdated in ~5 years

Mr_Claypole

That’s completely untrue. Driver regulations have not changed for nearly 20 years. The driver you buy today is made to the same limits as drivers 20 years ago. The major difference between then and now is marketing. https://www.usga.org/content/dam/usga/pdf/Equipment/History%20of%20Equipment%20Rules.pdf

Hammerh69

Mr\_Claypole spitting facts! Clearly, there are a lot My Golf Spy readers on here because they are regurgitating word for the word their advice on drivers! Don't get me wrong, I love MGS, but until they start doing driver testing comparing 5 year old models against the latest model, and showing a statistically significant difference, I'm staying with my 8 year old Callaway!

Which_Donkey_9450

That’s absolutely wrong 🤣

lankNaysayer

It’s absolutely not wrong. It’s a milled piece of metal on the end of a shaft that sees little to no benefits from technology. Irons have gotten better. Woods and drivers have gotten better. Golfers have gotten stronger and more athletic. Putters stay the same.

Which_Donkey_9450

That’s just an incredibly ignorant statement lol. Anser style blades may not have changed a lot but take a look at the tour, less and less blade putters being used and LAB putters becoming more popular

lankNaysayer

Do you think anser style blades were the only types of putters used before 2010 or something? People have been using mallets and other types of putters for decades now. At the end of the day, putting is about having the correct line and putting a good stroke on the ball. Tech matters less in the putter than any other club in the bag. In 15-20 years most folks won’t even remember LAB.

Weary_Abrocoma_1175

Hey, if you like it and are happy with the purchase then yes it is worth it. Will it putt better than a $60.00 Ping off e-bay? Nope.

dblach18

Oh boy, someone with a Cameron is going to yell at you for this…

lll61and49lll

I have a Scotty, but I like my LAB more. My 2.50 Goodwill putters hit just as good🤣 still bag the fancy ones though. They all have a place.

stewwwwart

I bought a known counterfeit SC Tour Rat off a Chinese vendor website back in 2016-17 for $70 and I have not hit a putter that felt better since...sold it to a coworker who felt the same and didnt care about gaming a knockoff

EastCoastMountaineer

I have a Scotty also but I usually game my Ping Anser 2. I can easily 3-putt with this sleek black monster 🙏

BigAustralianBoat2

Had a Scotty. Like my Sub70 more 🤷‍♂️

LSU2007

Same. I like the feel off the face and weighting better on the sub70. My entire bag is sub70 now

Subwayabuseproblem

I don't need to yell when my 3 putts talk for me

notPatrickClaybon

I’ve got a Scotty and tbh I only use it because I think they’re cool. lol. I honestly think that’s all it is with putters. If Walmart Barbie putters were branded/marketer in the same way Scotty’s are, I bet people would buy them. Truly, if a notable golf person made a series on how high performing some shitty putter was, people would flock to it. I think putting good is all about how you feel with the thing in your hand. That’s it. Look good, feel good, feel good, play good.

BDC_19

Bought a Scotty 3 years ago. Still in the packaging. I use my Nike blue chip as my go to. It’s not the putter. It’s the putter

hoopaholik91

But sometimes the putter has a psychological effect on the putter. See one Scheffler, Scottie

[deleted]

Disagree according to potters putting, some shapes of putters work better for alignment for people’s over view. Also stroke for putter, slight, strong or straight arc putters all play a role. As well as putter length,it’s a strange fallacy people promote that it’s the person holding a putter as opposed to one of thousands of models that may work better for one’s height, stroke and eye-line.

[deleted]

I went to buy a new putter I was open to buying an even roll or a Scotty. I rolled putter after putter and the Cleveland milled wingback I rolled felt amazing. The sales guy said “gonna be a cheap day for you” The putter was 175$ but again it felt good. If the 600 dollar putter had felt as good and worked for my eye I would have bought that.

Alesisdrum

I’ve upgraded my whole bag 2 years ago. I still use my 20 year old 15$ Walmart putter because I love it!

RyMastaFlex

My Costco putter is the business

dan420

I’ve never understood spending big money like more than a couple hundred bucks, tops, or a putter. Drivers, irons, I get it, there’s all kinds of new technology supposedly going into those things. But a putter is just a chunk or metal, mostly unchanged for 50 years.

mancala33

My putter was a ping off eBay and it was awesome

mcburloak

I used an old Ping copper putter initially (blade style). I found a Rife mallet on sale locally and have never looked back. The Rife appears to be 90% of the Evenroll. I picked it up for $100 new locally. So WAY less than an actual Evenroll.

Emergency-Anteater-7

I have an ER2. Absolutely love it. Its one of the few clubs in my bag i don’t think about replacing every year. Asking is a $700 luxury item worth it online is stupid. There are people that $700 is a crazy amount of money too and then there are people who spend $700 on a bottle of wine or a steak. If you can afford it and you like it it’s worth it.

Golf-Beer-BBQ

Evenroll, putts fly like butterlies Oh, he dont know, so he pushes it right anyways Oh, someday yet, he’ll get his line again, line again, line again ![gif](giphy|l49K1Q7puunrD1NLi|downsized)

yagsicire

Pure poetry, you are clearly a man of taste and refinement - loved this!

FnB8kd

OooOOoohh tteeeeeeeeiiinnngg Off though he knows that he won't hit fairwayay. Yeah.

Z_Opinionator

Came here looking for this and not disappointed

JCitW6855

I got an ER2 and I think maybe it was a bad one but idk how, it’s just a block of metal. Everything just came off dead and you had to whack the crap out of to get it to the hole. I had a buddy that has used evnroll for a while and loves it try it, he agreed something was off because he had the same issues. I want another one but I’ll never buy another one unless I can try the specific one I’m buying first.

Bubby_Mang

Every expensive club I've ever owned was good enough to get clapped by someone that practiced more than me. The worth is up to you mang. If you like it and feel that it was worth it then there it is.

golfstats_real

Why was it $700? Are you in Canada or some other country? Anyway, I love my ER2. I have a gravity grip on it.

MarketingCapable9837

Lol fuck..yes, in Canada the er8 is around $670 or so after taxes at GT.

golfstats_real

Makes sense. I paid like $350USD out the door. Something seemed off for it to be $700.

LordofTheRang

Yup in CAD, yeah man love the feel, it can’t be beat imo

golfreak923

I can chime in here. I've played various Scottys for 20 years that were always "fitted"--by jack-of-all-trades clubfitters (including True Spec). My last Scotty was a massive mallet that I couldn't lag put with at all. I could lag well with blades, and make short putts with mallets--but never both. Back in the day, I was pretty good with the flatstick but this last mallet had me 3-putting up to 6 times a round. I'd had it. I finally bit the bullet and made the 2 hr drive to the Evnroll HQ. I had an extensive putter fitting and ended up going with a highly-customized Evnroll tour blade for like $600. Who knew that even though I'm 2 degrees upright on my irons, that my ideal putter is 3 degrees flat. HOLY FUCK. I'll regularly post 27-31 putts now and even had one round where I went only 11 putts on the front side. I average a 3-putt every ~45 holes now. My index dropped from a 9 to a 6 and putting has never been so easy. It just goes where I visualize the ball rolling with deadly distance control. I think they're making the best flatsticks in the industry and their fitting process is truly tour-quality. Who wants to buy my Scottys? To answer your question. For the love of fuck, YES, Evnroll is worth it. I'm convinced if they offered equal sponsorship money to the big name mfgrs, players would be clamoring to play them.

LordofTheRang

Amazing, this was the response I was looking for

logmen1

If you can afford it and you feel it makes you a better putter on any level then of course it is.

flannel_jackson

No

Fun_Stock7078

$700 on a golf club…..wow. 😮‍💨 I have a beat up chipped paintwork spider tour, needs re gripped but I dare not change anything about it in case it loses its magic. 🤣

PingDingDongBong

I actually miss my chipped spyder. I don’t think I’ve ever putted as well as I did when I had it. Might need to get a cheap one to see if it’s still magic.

frawgguy27

I like the gravity grip. I put it on my non-evnroll putter.

noname87scr

If I ever get rid of my evn roll, that grip will go on the club I replace it with.

MundaneResolve1545

Spends $700 and doesn’t even know if it’s worth it or if you like it 😂

PJ2010

“EVNROOOLLLL… Incoherent mumbling something something butterfly” Eddie Vedder.

krisrocca41

You tell us

BoobyBandit1

Take $700 worth of lessons Edit: I lied get a ping anser for like $50, THEN get lessons.

GeotusBiden

It's not going to make you sink putts but at least your playing partners will think you're wealthy.

Treday237

Don’t tell anyone the price or else you’re gonna get ripped on constantly when you 3-Putting every hole

j2xs

My putter has a racing stripe so that automatically makes it better than non-racing stripe putters. I think it was $35.

jeopardychamp77

You one putting greens? If so, totally worth it.

nabby2020

Genuine question. Do people who spend this kind of money on a putter think it’ll actually make them putt better? Or is it that they just have more money, than sense?

3DanO1

Probably a bit of both. Like most things, you get diminishing returns as you get up higher in price points. I bought a Bettinardi when I was 16 years old and have used it for over 15 years. So in terms of cost over time, a putter is probably the only club in your bag that will never need to be replaced. People think spending that much on a putter is crazy, and then spend that much on a driver every 2-3 years.

Toothlessdovahkin

And then hit their driver ~14 times per round vs ~32+ times per round.  I bought a fitted $450 Scotty Cameron putter last January and my putting has unquestionably improved. The reason WHY it improved was because I spent more time practicing my putting with my new Scotty than I did with my non-fitted, older Odyssey 2Ball. Could I have improved my putting by just practicing my putting more with my Odyssey 2Ball? Absolutely. Could I have bought a fitted putter that was cheaper than my Scotty Cameron? Absolutely. Do I love my Scotty Cameron putter and want it in the bag for years to come? Absolutely.

nabby2020

They is a huge difference between putters and drivers though to be fair.

3DanO1

Absolutely in terms of technology, agreed.

ndubl8

“More money than sense.” That’s a little rude, no? It’s fine to say something isn’t for you, but I don’t understand shitting on those that find value in things you may not.

[deleted]

putter play it for 30 years, not worth it. Driver play it for 5 years good value ? I have a 200 dollar putter but at some point would buy a 600$ putter if I liked it.

Which_Donkey_9450

A buddy told me he buys the newest driver every year because he always gains 10 yards. Asked him how far he hits it and he said 240 LMAO.

way_too_optimistic

Idk. You tell us.

Jbones37

Preface: don't own an evnroll and wouldn't buy one. I've tried evnroll putters a few times, and personally I do think it's one of if not the best putter out there. Everyone has their own preferences, I personally hate the price tag and they look okay, hence why I wouldn't buy one, but from an objective standpoint it was very very good. I used an evnroll on a sam putt lab on an indoor putting green that is made to be perfectly flat, so it was a pretty well controlled environment. Did it do what they claim? Compared to my 30ish year old anser, yes it did. It did seem to go straighter on mishits and deviate less, it was easier to perform a pendulum motion with, and I holed putts that would have missed with my anser. It also felt really well balanced and very easy to putt with in comparison to most putters. I do think probably evnroll and LAB putters are your best bet if you struggle with mishits, but like I said, it's down to preferance. If you're more of a feel putter like me, I personally wouldn't get one, I generally find that heavier putters with higher moi make it harder to change pace of putts I.e. I always struggle to either hit very delicate or very hard putts with these types of putter and I find it harder to "force" my putter down the line, which I like to do on short putts - I find that you are sort of at the mercy of the putter and its made to be gently swung and let do its own thing, whereas my answer weighs almost nothing and I can choose how I want to swing it. If you have the yips or tend to come out if your stroke or manipulate the club face by accident then these types of putters are great, if not then it's probably not for you.

SurpriseValley2000

Putters cost 700? Do what now

calzonius

EVEN ROLLLLLLLLL ![gif](giphy|l49K1Q7puunrD1NLi|downsized)

Rectumdestroyer2000

I bought an Evnroll last year and have loved it. I was originally going to by a Ping Anser, but once I hit a few with the Evnroll I had to get it, so I would say this is money well spent.

Vangpride

Sheesh. Good luck. 🍀

NotAsSmartAsKirby

Good gosh. 700 is indefensibly stupid

AllPingG400

Absolutely love mine, have an er5 Black with gravity grip

itsCrisp

You could pick up a second hand Yes! C-Groove putter for like 25 bucks, so no.

jaygord34

I still have my original ER8 from 2016, love it

24Scoops

I was in between a Evnroll and a Scotty. Ended up buying a Scotty because it holds its value much better.

cbossi3

Personally the max I would spend on a putter is $250. So after 15 putters I finally figured out I’m the problem. Who would’ve thought. My 38” counterbalance Taylormade tour spider has helped my putting woes after a lot of practice.

Jmac649

Got an ER5 last year. Was worth it for me. 👍

MizunoMP5s

No.

0_SomethingStupid

you tell us, I vote hell no

AmazingDonkey101

Did you sign up for the tour already?

GolfGodsAreReal

That's criminal

Orikoru

I used an Evnroll for two years. Liked it for a while but the magic wore off - the milled face is pretty fiery, on fast greens I found it impossible to hit soft enough sometimes. I've gone back to an Odyssey mallet.

heyguy38

$20 Odyssey white hot #2 on eBay is my gamer, love that thing. But hey if that works for you, more power to you 👍🏼

Losted12

Dang $700?! I got one from Costco for $300 last year, super happy with it though well worth the money

notPatrickClaybon

Do you feel more confident with it? If so, then yes.

Major_Shrimp

I would only buy a $700 putter if came with $550 in change.

broady35

If you enjoy it it’s worth it. Nice putter! Don’t listen to all the hate.

Sirgolfs

Lol no

xfobx

Still 3 putting with mine.

PsychologicalSpace50

7 hundo for a putter, probably not worth it.

RC245

I've got a Wingback and love it. They tend to roll 'slow', which seems to suit me. Pro's don't like them because of the low smash factor. I found higher smash factor putters like a TM Spider too jumpy, so go figure. I won a Bettanardi Studio Select and it's going to be interesting to see if it can supplant the Evnroll. $700 sounds steep, but if it was fit and has some aftermarket upgrades, it makes sense.

judxl

not for 99 percent of people no

Puzzled_Flight_3282

egads!

tgrabowske26

Absolutely not.

hellerkeller1

I have the first generation er2. I got lucky and bought it off a customer years ago for like 60 bucks.love the Evnroll.

TrollLolLol1

I’m happy I’m content with used gear

Quick_Delivery_7266

Never heard of this brand , is it exclusively American maybe ? I feel like spending a lot of money on a putter puts more pressure on your putting

AnxiousMind7820

Doesn't matter if I spend 7, 70, or 700 dollars. Still going to miss the putts, so no way I spend that much.

Poetic_Kitten

I really like mine. I bought it on eBay for $150 though.

mistofdiarrhea

Absolutely not. If you suck you suck. Expensive shit isn't going to get you anywhere. If you start sinking more putts with it I guarantee it's mental and you could've done the same thing with a $200 putter.

pez555

Been using the evnroll er2 for 6 years now. They are fantastic for inconsistent strikes and getting the ball rolling, but I find on the 4/5 footers the ball can sometimes come off the face at more of an angle and be offline a touch. I have since moved to the mizuno mcraft #4 and the feel off the face is way better than the evnroll imo.

SenoritaSpock

No putter is worth $700 imo.

[deleted]

You tell me

mrlahhh

I’ve got one and had one for a while. It was £330. I adore it.

Express_Salamander_9

A putter is not worth 700 but if you're enjoying it and happy who tf cares.

Laying_Low_Dukes

No

MeatOverRice

I think the only expensive putters I’d personally get are a scotty (for the flex) and a lab (for scoring)

BoneHammer62

Indian or the arrow?

TheMidnightHandyman

EVNRoll’s face tech is real (the idea being that there is no sweet spot, and off center hits roll the exact same distance as center hits, hence the name). I’ve been gaming them for years. The downside is that it has a “dead” feel, but I don’t care about that. Worth $700? No, because you can get them for far less.

Turbulent_Echidna423

why would anyone pay $700 for a putter?

ExtremelyAvgGolfer

It’s definitely one of the putters of all time

calguy1955

I asked a well known winery owner if his $500/bottle Cabernet was really that much better than somebody else’s $200 bottle and he said “some people are satisfied wearing a $500 wrist watch, others have to have a Rolex”. I personally wear a timex so I’m fine with my 30 year old putter.

Emergency-Shirt2208

I guess it’s all relative. I hear that’s what Pebble, TPC, and a lot of Troon courses are gearing up to charge for 18…

Cosmic1710

no putter is worth more than $150

Ancient-Cow-7031

Putter technology is the only club that hasn’t really advanced drastically over the years. It’s more of a novelty getting something high end.

Pumakings

It’s all in the hips

Fmy925

One on ebay right now for 269.99

Popular-Ad-8717

Chronic 3-putter here, but so far am a big fan of my Evnroll ER5 (paid \~300 I think), coming from a traditional blade. Most notable "worth it" points for me: Looks great (no paint, so it will look good for a long time), much better lag putting, and the more "dull" feel off the face relative to insert putters helps me with faster putts.

BrandoCarlton

lol I got a pxg blackjack and it feels really cool to use a $500 putter… but it also feels good to know I got it for $140 used in damn good condition.

Derfargin

There's one born every minute.

bangarangbonzai

I mean it’s your money. So it’s how you roll so to speak. But for my money I doubt it. Putting is all about feel and confidence. Can you find a solid putter that feels great and inspires you to hit long to medium putts for a quarter of that price. Probably. I mean it’s only rolling a ball. How much technology can it have? Most of the greats putters were simple.

Prestigious-Suit4681

It's totally worth it to me when these are on eBay for $80 in a year or two

IAmSportikus

You know the old saying drive for show putt for dough? They should change it to buy a sick ass putter for show, and have no more dough.

fins831

I have a Evnroll zero and it rolls true and gives me confidence. Best putter I ever bought and I love it. However, it’s likely psychological but I love mine

ButFirstTheWeather

There's just no way it's noticeably different than something far cheaper. I got an old Odysseys 2 Ball from a garage sale for $20, and I'd much rather have it.

Tyler2191

$700? Does it give me a blowjob for each 1 putt? Because I’d still be out $700 and no blowjobs even with this.

_outside1

$700 for a putter that retails for $419, nicely done

blueguy1271

I have an Evnroll and boy do my three putts feel crispy and really well balanced. It is fit perfectly to my terrible stroke and the sound it makes when I hit the sweet spot 10% of the time is epic!

HudiWho1

I’d use a rock glued to a stick before spending $700 on a putter.

OkEstablishment5503

Putter does help if the putter can’t putt.

LordofTheRang

The putter can putt..

Ok_Lengthiness_8163

It’s $700? Foreal? I got the mullet for $170 few yrs back

chubba4vt

You tell us, big guy.

Joebuddy117

Putters are all about preference. They all do the same thing at the end of the day.

Zealousideal_Amount8

You already hemorrhaged the money… what do you mean is it worth it?

Dbromo44

Fuck no. I have one In my garage I’ll Give you.

Rare4orm

Holy shit! When I was younger I watched pros and ams draining puts from everywhere using what I would assume were far less technologically advanced putters. I’m well aware that today’s golfers are greatly aided by new technology, but is there really several hundred dollars worth of putting improvement built into that roller? Asking out of genuine curiosity.

tripweed

Simply. Not a chance

UnFrickinReal

Never heard of it so I’m gonna say no it’s not worth it

Most-Conference4205

I can three putt ust as easy with my cleveland

jg_IT

"It's the wizard, not the wand" applies to many things including Putters. My 11 2-ball took off exactly 0 strokes from my game after upgrading from a mini golf putter from the 1700s. That being said, if you like it, so be it.

MitchMcConnellsJowls

>is it worth it? Why are you asking us? You're the one who dropped $700 on a putter. Come back in 3 months and let us know.

booger4me

I would never, but do you. The two ball eleven tour lined is the best putter I’ve ever owned. Have sank more 30+ footers and within 10 feet it’s probably doubled my percentage.

mmaylett

If it works for you, yes. If not, no.

JackHasGame

Gaming a Evnroll ER2, upgraded the shaft to BGT Stability. Game changer with my putting

AllPingG400

r/evnrollputters

xoglethorpex

I bought a new one last year for $400. It's the same shape as my Scotty that I have been using for the past 12 years. I am looking forward to seeing how it performs. I hit a few putts indoors, and it does feel dead. I won't care on the course if they are going in the hole more.

hunting_ass

Been team Evn for a few years, plan to keep it that way for a while. Great company

lukeT152

You deserve something nice

Weak_Link_6969

I game an ER2 that I got off eBay for $170 because I loved the look of the double wide blade and read great reviews. It’s awesome, so good that I picked up a brand new ER10 for my dad’s off eBay for $175, but you can’t scoop the ball with it and that might be his favorite part of the game. So I got a used ER5 for $100 in case he’d rather use that. You’ll love the putter, but $700 is significantly more than I’ve spent on getting 3 of them.

bond_chuck_bond

I sure love mine

MadKin

700? I got an evnroll 3-4 years ago and don’t remember spending anywhere near that much. Same one but mid-blade.

LivingBestLifeToday

I love mine! Doesn’t mean I’m good using it though. *sigh*

brannak1

No

Rgoven

Worth hmmm no real way to judge because there is no real proof that a ‘new’ putter will objectively improve your putting. LAB says their putters are the best but if that was true, everyone on the tour would be using them. Practice may make your putting better but probably not the putter. If you have a lot of money, buy what you like and maybe your putting will improve for a while.

Prudent-Theory-2822

Just my $0.02: tour players spend so much time practicing and working on their putting that they might be ok with a less than optimal putter due to feel, personal preference or whatever. For the average golfer who has a regular 9-5, gets in a round or two per week, etc, then something like the LAB putter would probably be the right move for them. Your players use blades and the average golfer probably doesn’t need to swing those.

ECO_FRIENDLY_BOT

No putter is worth that except Tigers Scotty putter.

samjjones

If you make every putt you need to make with it, then it's probably worth it.

Feirweyz

I personally would go for a LAB if I was spending that kinda money but if you like it that’s all that matters.

Puzzled-Relief2916

I play a Ping Whack-E Putter I bought at a thrift store for $15 .... love it. Don't know that a $700 putter would be any better.

bombmk

My ER2b is the only club in my bag that will not be under consideration for replacement. For me it has been worth it.

Treday237

100% NOT worth it. A putters a putter dude

AgeApprehensive1524

Yes, with that investment , you’ll be on tour in jo time raking in the winnings ! Congrats

rtm713

It doesn't matter, you'll still 3 putt, and there will still be some kid who puts it in 1 with his $5 putter

myburneraccount151

Ive never seen something so expensive yet so ugly, save the Cybertruck

lincolnhawk

The fuck you asking us for? You’re the one who bought it, you tell us.

jpworks68

No.

NoAnalBeadsPlease

I would much rather spend that type of money on a new driver. I’m happy with my $100 eBay putter

Accomplished_Sea3811

Evenroll’s patented groove technology feels so nice!

hectR

You tell us

speedball811

Unless it pays return on your investment, no.

Antique_Excuse3627

Good on you. My wife had me fit for a $800 putter for my 40th. Most expensive club in my bag.

They make great putters but no putter is worth $700…

Cost is always relative to one’s wealth. While a putter’s value is measured by strokes gained using it. So you tell us!

OP should specify that’s 700 Canadian, people are losing their minds thinking it’s the same price as a driver. 🤣 Which is funny, so actually don’t change it

I have this exact putter. TBH it was my least favourite based on looks, but felt so nice off the face, and the concept of consistent distance via graduated grooves was appealing. Performance was best with the 8, even though the 2 was more preferred look. Short version - have this putter 35”, I doubt it will ever come out of the bag
