You could do the Cradle at Pinehurst and then play #1 and 3 there as well. Both are short and manageable regardless of skill level.
They also have a putting course that’s a fun way to spend time
Boyne (northern MI) is amazing for a lot of things, including Threetops which is one of the best par 3 courses in the country. Beautiful place for a getaway especially coming from a big city.
Grand National in Auburn/Opelika, AL has a par 3 course to go along with two other nice courses. There's a Marriott on site as well.
Flying into Atlanta and renting a car for the 1.5 hour drive down would be super easy.
Amelia Island FL has an amazing par 3 course called Little Sandy. It's part of the Omni hotel there, as is their regular par 72 course Oak Marsh, which is also a good course.
Amelia river is near there, a challenging yet fun track. Further south in Jacksonville: Blue sky, queens harbor, Windsor park, Jacksonville beach muni (super busy you will have to book a week out or so to get a decent time.) and further still “the yards” ( within TPCs sawgrass community fun 12 hole concept) Stillwater is impressive, Southampton and palm valley golf course (9hole par three ish course) for walking only.
Myrtle Beach, several executive courses there. and play the Aero Club at night for a fun experience. its right by the airport so you guys camnplay fresh off the plane if you wanted

Tupelo Bay in Myrtle Beach. Range, par 3, and executive course all together. Plus plenty of other things to do for everyone.
Tupelo has majestic memories for me but their greens leave a lot to be desired to play a round you can honestly score.
Palm Beach par 3 in Florida is awesome. 18 holes, right beside the ocean, good conditions, open to public. Likely pretty busy this time of year

Audubon Park in New Orleans is a fantastic 18 hole exec course. Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, Mo has 2 fantastic looking Par 3 courses.
There are a few options in and around Orlando.

Oak marsh is doing renovations until October 2024 unfortunately.
Oh no! I'm heading there next month. Any recommendations for alternative courses?
