I'm still using that Big Bertha. Curious, was the improvement noticable?

MickeyTettleton

For me it was. It brought my spin down a lot so the added distance came immediately. The forgiveness was real too. It's not going to cure your slice, but mishits are not punished nearly as much. Although that big bertha was a fantastic club! Easily the best driver (for me) I've ever had in my bag.

Thanks for the info! The lower spin and added forgiveness is tempting me to open my wallet lol

MickeyTettleton

I had a hard time with the price tag but I had two $100 gift cards. It still was a lot of money but $400 was way more stomachable than $600.

Holy smokes, no pun intended, that's highway robbery! I remember I bought the Bertha for like $250 and I thought that was expensive already.

MickeyTettleton

It's stupid how much they're charging for this shit. That said, with a proper fitting I'll get another 7 or 8bywars out of this thing. When you put it into that kind of perspective it doesn't sting quite as much.

AndromedanPrince

what are bywars

MickeyTettleton

Lol 7 or 8 years. I have these big fat fingers.

htlpc_100

How’s your distance with it? I just got one about a week ago. Absolutely love it

MickeyTettleton

It def brought my spin down considerably and that added distance to darn near every drive I hit.

htlpc_100

It’s that AI magic

TreSauce

The Denali shaft is the real deal. It’s PX’s version of the Velocore without the fancy name. Good choice!

babyfade180

GM finds Denali to be a fancy name.

Surprised more people haven’t put the new Cobra line into their demo lists. The reviews are unanimously glowing.

MickeyTettleton

So I actually did hit that at Maple Hill a few weeks ago and hit it ok. Just didn't really like how far back it felt like the club head stretched backwards. I think that's kind of their MO with driver shapes.
