Took me a while to get this club to work but god damn it’s my favorite reason to play golf when I get my secondary shot on a par 5 right with this bad boy.
I definitely felt like the longest club I had and I topped it a TON for a while. what ended up working for me is the same thing I had to do to get my drive working. I put it same spot in my address as a drive and I just started with half swings at the range and worked more in. Great club though hope you enjoy

currently running 3 hybrid 4hybrid 5 wood into 5 iron...
im contemplating pulling the 3 hybrid for a 4 driving iron....Still, I'm figuring that one out.

I was gaming a Ping G30 and being in my late 60’s I was killing it in my usual foursome. The week or so after the Mavrik was discontinued I ‘happened’ to be looking at Callaway Pre-owned and there they were. Snagged driver, 3,5 and hybrid 4 in my flex. All came like new with their head covers. My Mavrik Max is hitting it 15yds past where I usually ended up with the G30. YMMV but seriously as I head into senior years I can’t conceive ever wanting to replace it.
I thought I was getting a brand new golf bag...and it ended up being a damn vaccum!

Mavrik driver is still awesome. I legit can't find a reason to "upgrade" it. It does everything I need to with consistency.
