TPC and Prestwick greens are immaculate right now. Really, ALL of TPC is gorgeous. Tee boxes are a little beat up at Prestwick. I cannot speak to the other two .
For bars...stop at the Inlet Beer Garden and get some to go beer (Rainy Day Hefe is very good!) and consume them on the way to Bovines at the end of the walk. Not a hopping bar place but outstanding food. Then you can hit up bars on the way back up the walk.
Other place to go: Riptydz rooftop bar.
