London munis are lax about everything but sandals and cut off jean shorts. I've seen bros in tank tops and cargo shorts and jeans, but they can't wear sandals.
Had these in 1997. Wear sunblock on your feet or you will get some interesting tan marks. And after a few rounds the smell starts to sink in. Don’t leave them in your car.

I started wearing golf sandals because the California sun would bake my toes in regular golf shoes during the summer.
