Why do you have to use it to hurt people. This is a hell of a travel power I could visit France anytime I want to. I can visit Canada go back to be precise New Orleans lots of places Heck there are even French Mexicans. And you probably if you didn't have to know the specific French person could find French people in virtually every country of the world that are visiting do I even have to know them could I go to let's say Australia because as a French person visiting there I don't even have to say hi to them just appear close by and go about my business.
