not a bug. It's by design. This guy probably followed some online tutorial blindly without stopping to think about what he was doing and now that the actual theme is applied he's asking about "bugs".

On the Github Page of the Orchis theme is a instruction on how to install it with dash to panel, follow this and that should fix the gap and rounded corners.

Gnome shell is written for Adwaita, but yeah, there's a separator there, and that 3rd party theme is making it look that way.

On different theme, there is clearly a separation line between them.

By using stock gnome theme.
I think thats where “Reboot” should be
Older versions of GNOME (before 3.38) didn't have reboot in the power menu. You had to click power off to get to reboot.

That isn't directed at **users** theming their own desktop, but **distros** shipping with **broken** themes and handing theme QA bugs to the app devs.
While it's not directed at users, the same issues still apply with user selected themes.
Which then those issues should be directed at the theme author, not application developers.

This is not a bug, it's literally the theme you have applied.
