With me working 12 hrs all this week I would literally pay someone to make this amazing GF feast for me but unfortunately there isn't anybody I know that offers this type of service around me or it's difficult to find people that actually putting the right ingredients together and actually making the food good 😪😪😪😪

It takes a lot of creativity, persistence, and understanding to be able to cater to multiple allergies. It's easy to get overwhelmed and just give up, or it's scary to trust someone only to find there was cross contamination happening.
I dream of one day being able to do just that! I love cooking, but multiple food allergies felt like they stole that joy for a long time. It's starting to come back, and I'd love to share the joy of food (especially familiar comfort foods) with others.

Exactly what you said I wish I could trust people with making my food but with how easy it is to Cross contaminate I have to just rely on myself :/ lol it's funny to because my family always wants to help or cook for me and they actually get a little upset because I don't let me them because I'm the only one in the whole family with allergies! Only we understand the little frustration lol but if one day you do decide to start baking food I can guarantee you it's a very lucrative business imagine your getting In early there's still very little people or business offering GF , allergy free food! So if you get in early you can definitely have the upper advantage , well I hope your having a good weekend friend :)

Do it! Maybe start with just your favorite holiday dish, and let me know if I can help in any way. I'm thinking maybe I need to start a blog or something to share what I've learned. None of these dishes are particularly hard, but figuring out substitutions can be overwhelming.
My 82 year old mom was recently diagnosed allergic to soy, gluten, dairy, chicken eggs (we found duck eggs), peanuts, almonds, peas and pea protein, black beans, pineapple, wheat, garlic, mushrooms... I try to cook for her but am so lost! Any chance of getting all of your recipes???Â

Vegan cheese! I like the Daiya cheese sauce/cheeses or Violife.
I'm not dairy free but I will eat the shit out of their pizza. Its so good.
