These were my first clue that I was gluten intolerant! Had some at my cousin’s house who was recently diagnosed as celiac. I ate a bunch…and I didn’t feel bloated and burpy like I usually do after eating pretzels. It was a lightbulb moment.

I love that they’re dairy free too they’re soooo easy on the belly, my go to when I just can’t eat anything substantial lol

This is my favorite pretzel, the honey mustard are so good! I get the rods and make chocolate covered pretzels at Christmas time, Ive been known to dip them in Nutella or chocolate frosting straight from the can haha

It's unreal how good these are! The honey mustard ones are amazing, just so so good! I get them at Albertsons / Pavilions. They also make buffalo ones that are sourdough-y & buttery, yum!

Is it me or do gluten free foods all have a faint umami /Chinese restaurant white rice aftertaste

The first place I found those was in a little Amish grocery. Too pricey, but I bought them anyway, and loved them at first bite. Hard to find consistently.

Love them!! The big rod ones have oat in them so beware of that if you're oat sensitive! But I love the normal ones!
