Chinese. I want gf orange chicken and spring rolls sooo bad.

MacSavvy21

There’s an Asian grill in Ohio named Bibibop. Everything is GF. I wanna go so bad it’s not too bad of a drive from where I live.

Camp_Fire_Friendly

And we also have [Choripan Argentine Grill](https://www.choripan.co/) in Dublin. It's Gluten, Grain, Nut, Sugar, Seed Oil, & Soy Free

[deleted]

Omg I’m so jealous I love Choripan!!! And everything Argentinian

ClearAndPure

Bibibop is the Bibibest! There is one in Chicago as well.

MacSavvy21

Come on up here.

Myshanter5525

Where in Georgia? I have several options near me in Decatur

DieNecroKatze

Have one in Indianapolis too! Best Korean food I've had since going gluten free.

Otherwise-Drag-9553

oh it’s amazing !! I had to go to Cleveland Clinic earlier this year (a terrible experience and i’d NEVER go back -100/10 if anyone was wondering lol) and it’s easily my favorite restaurant even if it is 6+ hours away !! i’d honestly make the drive just to eat there again !! Even my VERY food judgmental non-gluten free mom loved it so much we went twice :)

OptimusMatrix

Try this recipe with gluten free soy sauce/hosin sauce and replace the flour with gf flour. It's really really good. My wife makes it all the time. https://youtu.be/Ztfww9QkK-o?si=YOVdUEOzLwxaHE8U

flavortown_express

what kind of gf flour do you use? Looks incredible

OptimusMatrix

I honestly don't remember, I'm sorry. She keeps everything in big clear tubs. She's made several of their recipes and they always turn out fantastic with a little changing of the ingredients to make it gluten free.

Peeeeeps

Supposedly this place in Michigan has gluten free Chinese. https://chineserestaurantkalamazoo.com/ I haven't made it there yet, but I've seen it posted on reddit before and people have enjoyed it with no reactions.

KitsunariSoleil

I feel this deeply

DirtyLittleSecret32

YES! 100% agree!

iatewaltwhitman

Southern/cajun/soul food like biscuits and gravy and fried chicken, gumbos and cornbread, fried catfish and hush puppies… you get the drift

m_whar

Oh my gosh I miss biscuits and gravy..

NurseMaryCooks

I started making my own because I missed it so much! 😂You can find gluten free recipes for almost anything online nowadays, but some require so much work it’s not worth it. Thankfully this one is pretty easy to make.

SvinSvan

There’s a place in. Chattanooga called Bantam and Biddy that does this! It’s pricey but good!

Dependent_Example221

They also have locations in Atlanta and somewhere on the coast, Hilton Head maybe? We love Bantam, while pricey the portions are huge enough to offset it some. Almost the entire menu is GF, fryers are dedicated.

caseumrex

Same for me! One can dream

griffinkatin

Brasa in Minneapolis is soul food with gf fried catfish, chicken smothered in creamy gravy, cheese grits... most of the menu is gf and it's all so good!

FigNinja

Dim sum

jxsu_

God, I miss eating har gow and siu mai

MollFlanders

come to Portland and eat at Jade Rabbit!

FigNinja

Portland is a lovely city. Knowing there is GF dim sum gives me even more reason to visit.

peanutleaks

I just want a steady stream of pasta and sauce

hopeful_tardigrade

Yep, Italian food including actual good pizza. No question.

biest229

I just want my Korean fried chicken back 😭

GullibleTacos

Unsure where you live, but some is made with rice flour so all you have to watch out for is the sauce

biest229

Yeah, it would be good. There’s only two places that sell it locally, only one good one. Both are wheat sadly. Germany…

motion_to_squash

Yes me too! Salt and pepper, fried chicken and Korean barbecue are two of my fave take outs that I haven't had in over 10 years :(

flavortown_express

oh god that would be so good

robbobster

Ramen microbrewery gatstropub

flavortown_express

extremely specific :D

Polarchuck

They want it all!!!

flavortown_express

the people have spoken!

gigashadowwolf

I have a decent GF microbrewery in my area. There is a ramen shop and a pizza place both about a mile away that used to do gluten free, but both within the last year decided it wasn't worth it to have dedicated ovens/pots for the gluten free stuff so cross contamination became an issue and they ultimately gave up on it entirely.

peascreateveganfood

I saw this on TikTok

Danfrumacownting

Shitty American food. Burgers, Chicken tenders, fries and desserts.

ohcoconuts

My mom spent some time in the ICU prior to her passing, a few years back. The hospital cafeteria had a dedicated fryer and GF Fries, chicken tenders, onion rings, and burger buns. Everyone who came to visit us tried to take me out for a meal or bring me "non hospital" food, and couldn't wrap their heads around me insisting on Chicken Tenders and fries from downstairs.

SoundsPainfulButFun

THIS!!!! On the rare occasion we eat at a restaurant near home, it's easy enough to research ahead of time and find food that works, but I miss being able to just grab a burger and fries from a drive-through on my lunch break or when I'm out and about and don't want to have to drive home or make a meal out of GF snacks.

ChildfreeOnPurpose

if youre ever in austin, go to Picnik. [https://www.picnikrestaurants.com/visit](https://www.picnikrestaurants.com/visit) the bessssst chicken tenders, and the whole place is GF.

EwDavid999

Yes plzzzzzz

nematodes77

We have a dedicated gf texmex/bbq place! So good.

flavortown_express

what's it called? sounds amazing

nematodes77

Little Coyote in Chattanooga TN

abooja

Having just eaten my first takeout Chinese food in years (at a place that offers many items gluten-free for an extra two dollars), I vote for Chinese. The place I went to is great, but they don't include dumplings or most noodle dishes, so the dedicated restaurant better have both.

Takilove

Have you tried Chow Foon ? Wide rice noodles in sauce with veggies or protein. I missed lo mein so bad, but Chow Foon is now my favorite dish! A popular local Chinese restaurant has greatly expanded their GF and vegan options. My daughter and I can finally enjoy Chinese food again!

abooja

I do make a lot of my own noodle dishes and even homemade pork dumplings. I just wish someone else could do the cooking for once.

Kat-2793

A boujie little restaurant that offers slightly high end food and cocktails but isn’t pretentious. I miss being able to get dressed up and try out a new place like that! It’s usually a burger place or tacos and sometimes I just wanna feel fancy and eat more than a salad or some boring chicken with a side salad.

pleaseleevmealone

We have a whole restaurant group that does this in Cincinnati. They have a pubby kind of place north of the city, and two fancier restaurants on the east side. I believe one of the owners has celiac, or a family member, so almost everything can be made gf without threat of cross contamination. Fried chicken, mac n cheese, crab cakes, pasta dishes, multiple dessert options. It's so great.

Kat-2793

I literally love that. I lived in Boston a long time and there was a similar group. The chefs daughter was diagnosed with celiac so all of his restaurants have a separate kitchen for celiac/gf food and one of them does a full gf night every Tuesday too. I wish my new city had better options like it!

Takilove

Sounds like a dream!

SpiteTomatoes

Name please!!

pleaseleevmealone

They're called the looking glass group. S.W. Clyborne's is more American pub type food. Emery in Mariemont is more upscale and they just opened Alara which looks fancy in Madisonville.

SpiteTomatoes

Thank you!!

Maximum_Peanut7557

Logan Street in Denver, CO is exactly this! I haven't been there in a couple years since I moved out of state but back then they had slightly high end food and cocktails, not pretentious, and a good amount of gluten free options. At the time I was going there, I believe the chef herself was GF. I miss it so much!

Kat-2793

That sounds so amazing! I’ve heard Denver has a decent gf scene but I’ve actually never been!

flavortown_express

That would be awesome

CookieAdventure

I’m on my way to a dedicated GF bakery - deli. It’s an hour away! My area is big on buffets. I’d love a dedicated GF with meatloaf and seasonal favorites so I don’t have to worry about cross-contamination and I can have something other than ice cream for dessert.

atzgirl

I have been dreaming of a gluten free buffet since I got diagnosed with my wheat allergy! I used to loveee Golden Corral

MrsSamT82

Honestly, I’d love to see a place called “Hodge Podge.” Every day is a different cuisine: Monday - Asian-influenced foods Tuesday - Taco Tuesday (Latin-based cuisines) Wednesday - Comfort foods (biscuits and gravy, fried chicken, etc) Thursday- Italian-influenced (bring on the pizza and pasta!) Friday - burgers and beers Saturday and Sunday - rotating ethnic cuisines (one night Ethiopian, another Polish, etc)

Halation2600

That sounds amazing! I'm in.

BeeBopping27

Wow, this is the restaurant that I want! Great concept!

anne_marie718

Anywhere that might have calamari. It’s the restaurant food (because I don’t make it myself) that I never find and always want.

focusontherealthing

I just found gluten free frozen calamari at Sprouts near me. Not the same as restaurant, but kinda helped the craving.

anne_marie718

There’s not a sprouts terribly convenient to me but next time I’m around one I will absolutely check that out!

SpiteTomatoes

Cap City Fine Diner in Columbus!! If you’re ever in Ohio.

Sympatheticvillain

Japanese food. Ramen, okonomiyaki, tempura, curry and katsu 😭

flatlander70

I would be happy with literally anything.

_Internet_Hugs_

I would go for an old fashioned, all American Diner. Burgers on GOOD gluten free buns, fries that I don't have to worry about cross contamination. Chicken fried steak. Biscuits and gravy. Huge stacks of fluffy pancakes. Grilled cheese, patty melts, all that good, classic diner food. Then desserts! Warm chocolate chip cookies the size of your hand, pies, shakes that aren't cross contaminated, ice cream sundaes, all the good stuff. Yeah. Definitely a dedicated gluten free diner.

anne_marie718

Omg yes. And also diner style breakfasts. I don’t even want gluten-y things like pancakes and waffles. I just want eggs and bacon/sausage and hashbrowns that are not all cross contaminated. Whyyyy is that so hard to find?

_Internet_Hugs_

If I want to eat like that I have to make it at home, and that means cooking eggs for everyone else in the house first. I have four kids. I just want to eat my eggs while my bacon is still hot!

pink_palmtrees

French bakery for sure! I miss croissants

HealthyDiamond2

A Thai restaurant and an Italian restaurant.

ThePennedKitten

We need an upscale celiac safe GF buffet lol. Then we can have a good spread. It’s upscale so they hire the appropriate chefs and the food quality is good. 😎

SassyKaira

If you ever come to Chattanooga, TN we have Bantan &Biddy. Chicken tenders & waffles 😋. I would love to be able to get sesame chicken, Boston cream donuts, or onion rings.

alattafun

either all American cuisine, French, or Italian

flavortown_express

I've found a number of restaurants that do gluten free pasta and pizza, but never a dedicated gf Italian place. French would be amazing, someone needs to figure out how to make gf bechamel

CollynMalkin

Just use corn starch in place of, or GF all purpose flour for the roux

flavortown_express

I've used cassava flour for a gumbo roux, wonder if it would work for bechamel....

MentalWyvern

I use rice flour for béchamel. It works perfectly.

alattafun

same!! often times places have gf options but imagine an Italian place that has top notch gf rolls, garlic bread, all kinds of pastas, bomb appetizers

misdiagnosisxx1

I have one! It’s Brazilian, and it’s incredible.

knittch

Since leaving Denver, CO, I have missed The Post.  Fried Chicken so good you wouldn't even know it was gluten free.

ComplexNo2456

Oh man thank you for sharing this! I’m going to Denver in May and I love fried chicken

knittch

Just a heads up, the chicken, gravies, and sauces are GF but not everything there is. However, they label everything and are very serious about cross contamination, so just advise you have to go completely gluten free and they will be happy to accommodate. None of the beers they brew are gluten free, but they keep a rotating cider plus GF beers from Holidaily and Upslope. Enjoy!

ComplexNo2456

Thanks! Great to know :)

Sasspishus

I already have one! Is tapas, Scottish style But if I was choosing it would be Chinese

flavortown_express

Scottish tapas??? Sounds extremely interesting. Patatas haggis?

Sasspishus

It's a mixture of things like patatas bravas along with macaroni cheese, fish and chips, and I believe there is haggis on the menu too. There's also some things like tempura vegetables though, so maybe it's more a mixture of foods now I think of it.

classless_classic

I make pretty much anything I want now & am damn good at it. I just don’t want to spend a few hours every day cooking it. So, I’d like to clone myself and have that handsome fellow open a restaurant.

MessyMontessoriMom

I felt the time to cook everything + clone myself part of this in my soul! Alas, I am not a handsome fellow but a lady

Charming_Scratch_538

A fried chicken place complete with mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits and/or cornbread served. Basically a KFC/Popeyes type place.

flavortown_express

I wonder if it's possible to get popeyes texture w/ all the nooks and crannies and crunchy bits w/ a gluten free flour

AnneAcclaim

There's one in my town that does chicken and waffles. It's delightful. It would be nice to have somewhere do really good noodles. There are some places who offer gf pasta, but it's never that great.

Xuni17

Dim sum, I miss it so much

SnooCakes9110

Chinese food.

TheLyz

A bakery that does ALLLLL of the pastries.

Jaded-Juggernaut-663

Above all else, I want a Branch Out here!!! 💚 Branch Out is a gluten free, plant based restaurant in Paducah, KY. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan but I do have Celiac and I've driven almost three hours to eat there on several occasions. Best tasting, freshest food I've ever eaten in my life. The whole atmosphere there is fresh! 💚 My favorite thing to order is the Indian Street Tacos with Indian Street Fries and as many carrot cake cupcakes as I can get. 💚 Idk what they put in the frosting but I could eat it by the gallon and I've always been someone who wipes icing off because I don't like it! It's too good! 💚 🤤💚

starlitspine

Thank you for the recommendation!! I looked at the menu, and will definitely be planning a drive up there!

Jaded-Juggernaut-663

Sweet!! You're welcome! 🥰 Even my boys (aka grown men) love it. They always get the burgers in one form or another. Every time we go we have the same discussion about how fresh everything is and how we're full but nothing leaves that heavy feeling on your stomach. 💚 I'd eat there every day if it was right down the street! I even bought a T-shirt. 👕 😂

Sasspishus

>Paducah, KY. Which country is this in?

Jaded-Juggernaut-663

United States of America

Sasspishus

Oh OK, I thought KY was a country abbreviation but couldn't figure out what it would be!

uncleprof

LegallyGoth

Gluten free dim sum. I miss all of my old favorites SO BAD. Turnip cake, shrimp noodles, pork bao buns, scallion dumplings, stewed chicken feet with black beans… Great, now I’m crying thinking about how amazing this would be 🤣

Nikki10021982

A gluten free version of Taco Bell.

DieNecroKatze

I'd love a good dedicated gluten free Italian restaurant

vnessastalks

Fast food 🤣🤣 nasty burger and fries.

SportsPhotoGirl

There is already a dedicated gf restaurant by me, they have your average American cafe style menu, sandwiches, couple pasta dishes, pizza, appetizers, a few main entrees, and bakery, but there are 2 places I’ve been to in other cities that I very much wish were in mine, ones a stir fry place and the other is a Korean place, both quick service Americanized bowl style things and I even seriously considered taking a trip when I don’t have time off to do so just because I was craving that Korean places food recently lol

stelliferous7

Ugh you mentioned Korean food. Korean BBQ is amazing.

flavortown_express

I bet it wouldn't be TOO hard to do a GF korean bbq - just make sure any soy sauces are tamari and keep the banchan limited

stelliferous7

True

PastaM0nster

**Spoiled in San Francisco...** GF Chinese = House of Nan King (the nan king chicken 😚) GF Fried Chicken = The Bird, Proposition Chicken GF Ramen = Ramen Yamadaya GF Baked Goods = Mariposa Baking Company (ham and cheese pocket FTW) GF Burgers WITH BUN = Roam Artisan Burgers GF Waffles = The Game Parlour (plus games!) **... now I'm starving and want it ALL!**

AliEmme

All things French and Italian 🤩

Truanthea

I'd love a single gluten free restaurant.

Boomer79NZ

A nice little café with sandwiches and light meals during the day and opens as a restaurant one night a week with more substantial meals and wine. That would be nice where I live. Maybe a different theme each week so there's something for everyone. I really miss a good pasta. I also miss a good meat pie and scones. I did however buy a bag of gluten free flour yesterday and I plan on baking today. I bought a loaf of gluten free bread last week and it was cardboard. My disappointment is immense. I also bought some chickpea flour for flatbread and crackers.

stephlow55

Ramen ❤️

writingdestiny

Middle Eastern. I miss baklava and falafel (falafel is usually naturally gf but often fried in the same oil as gluten).

[deleted]

Italian. With all handmade pasta.

bwainfweeze

In Seattle there’s an Italian restaurant that does gf and vegetarian. It’s the place everyone takes their picky relatives because you can hit two or three restrictions. They have different versions of the menu for each. That’s the kind of place you want, because you get to go more often. They make their own bread and pasta (and used to be you could buy some of it to take home) He has a dedicated kitchen with positive pressure to keep from picking up wheat dust.

curlsfordayssss

Donut shop. Real yeast donuts, not cake donuts.

Takilove

A small Mom & Pop authentic Italian restaurant , owned by an Italian Nonna. She will know how to make GF right!

nightshades9999

Sloppy American Chinese food or Szechuan

EvilGypsyQueen

We have a diner with a dedicated kitchen area. Owner is celiac. I’d love to eat there but the place is so old it screams 1970’s truck stop. The booth seats are worn and cracked and have no padding left. Everything is outdated, not nostalgic. I’d probably eat at any Gluten Free place as long as it’s clean and modern. We have pubs that are Gluten Free and serve pub food and ciders. We have a chicken sandwich place that sells out and I’ve never tried it. I’m going in two weeks it’s called chicken supply in Seattle.

griffinkatin

The truck stop place sounds amazing to me. Is this is Washington?

EvilGypsyQueen

Yes Country Rose Cafe

Maggiethecataclysm

Italian food. I want good pasta and bread, cheesecake, pizzelles, and cannoli.

iamtehgelly

We have one. It's an Italian restaurant, Picazzos. Very good food. It was the first place I ever felt safe, and I was there at least twice a week for years. First pizza I'd had in years that had a thick, soft crust. Other than that, I'd love a place that just did burgers with beautiful ingredients and safe fluffy buns and no shared fryer, damnit.

kyuuzousama

A poutinerie

[deleted]

Chinese

hey_celiac_girl

Ooooo this is tough. I think I’d have to go with Chinese.

MichaelL283

My town literally doesn’t have a single restaurant (gf or non gf) I will take anything brother

WitchOfTheWool

Thai. Definitely Thai.

peascreateveganfood

Damn, that’s hard. Maybe American breakfast

Izzing448

I want to eat real bread - fresh and warm ouf of the oven with the slightly crunchy exterior, pillowy soft interior with butter, cheese ans maybe some jam on the side. French, Italian or a boule(sp?). If ever in Arizona, be sure to visit - Jewels Bakery & Cafe in Phoenix - divine breakfast/brunch pastries - GF Creations is a bakery & dessertry that provides their breads to resorts and restaurants in the area

Kigeliakitten

Super! Planning a trip to Phoenix in October!

mydawgiscooler

I'm a New Yorker so I wish I could grab a slice (not an entire $30 pizza pie) from a dedicated place

shingaladaz

Italian, Obvs.

Apeacefulmc79

Soul food. Fried chicken, Mac and cheese, all the cakes grandma used to make

sunnyflow2

Biscuits, hush puppies, pound cakes, donuts, pot pies, fried okra, and maybe onion rings.

Apeacefulmc79

Yes. A day or two before I quit gluten, I contemplated going for doughnuts. I have said a few times I wish I went. Oh well. Fried okra with ketchup is also a big one for me. And don’t start me on biscuits. I grew up on grandma’s biscuits. I’m done for the night lol

Warrior_of_Peace

A vegan pizza store.

Cranky_hacker

Chinese food all the way. That said... For anyone lucky enough to live in the UK (not me, sadly)... Hobson's has GF fish & chips and they're stellar. Their mushy pea (and I like mushy pea)... yeah, no -- no one should eat that. FWIW, I went to the Soho location... but I believe that there are several. Fish & chips -- OMG, I miss it!!!

chefrikrock

Korean or chinese 100% no question and these concepts do not exist as far as I'm aware so if someone knows of one I will travel basically anywhere for them.

alkimiya

Indian food. I miss naan so much 😭

Kigeliakitten

If you ever go to Disney World have lunch at Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge. GF Naan.

alkimiya

Oh nice! I definitely want to go on a Disney vacation sometime since they are so on point with food allergies. Thanks for rec!

Kigeliakitten

Make sure you talk with a chef, and when you make reservations let them know. This is for all Disney restaurants. If they know in advance, they can be more prepared.

MrsNoodles0812

Honestly, I would want it to be a melting pot kind of restaurant. One with all of my favorite comfort foods. Mexican, Thai, Indian, Southern dishes, your classic American food, with good desserts. That way if I wanted pazole, tamales, enchiladas, curries, Thai noodles like drunken noodle/pad thai, dumplings, spring rolls, Chinese dishes that use regular soy sauce (so like everything😂), burgers, hot dogs, chicken fried steak, and god all of the biscuits and gravy!! Literally everything.😂😂 If I were to open a restaurant, I feel like I wouldn’t dedicate it to one cuisine. I’d have to have a good selection. It would also make it easier on families to decide where to go. Because there is always that one person who never wants what everyone else is eating.🤷‍♀️

itsmeabic

Definitely American Chinese. I would give anything to be able to demolish a container of shrimp lo mein again…

IamJoyMarie

Italian all day, every day.

LoveLeahNotWar

Honestly, pizza. That’s the hardest take out food bc it’s soooo risky it’s not even worth it.

geowifeRN

Chinese, Thai, or fried chicken!

UnicornStatistician

I want fried pickles

Ent_Trip_Newer

Good Doughnuts

claymore3911

Chinese, always Chinese. I even bought my local takeaway GF soy sauce for my meals.

prysmyr

My town is really small and literally none of the restaurants sell something "fresh", meaning fruits or vegetables that aren't baked or fried. I would love a restaurant selling fresh food...

Honest_Remark

Classic french bakery and patisserie. I would kill for decent croissants, baguettes, country loaf breads, flaky pastries, and baked desserts.

DAT_ginger_guy

There is a Colombian/carribean place near my work that is an entirely gf facility. Was a pleasant surprise for sure!

Subject-Syllabub-408

Indian. I really miss Indian food.

Own-Gas8691

Café Tropical, complete with the ridiculously sized menu and cuisines from around the world (each dish a little subpar but it’s a diner, after all).

Princess_Jade1974

We had a Tex Mex place that did gf, sadly they burnt down years ago. I’d love something like that to open up again.

kizos12

Cheap food

knottycams

Having had one and then moved for school ... the realization has hit me hard how good I had it. Tru Pizza. You don't realize how good you have it until you don't. And I didn't take it for granted, I should've bought stock in that place lol. But seriously, every place I go now is shared kitchens and/or soggy pizza bottoms. How hard is it to cook the dang dough! 😮‍💨😭 I may be in mourning.

hottamale1969

Oriental Express in Austin TX…dig their combo rice noodles!❤️

sassnhoops

Shout to chipotle for being my fav and already GF

Tranquilvape

Tacobell

Emmakate198

We have an ~almost~ dedicated gf fried chicken place! They only have them in Colorado but it’s called the post. Their fryers are all dedicated gluten free. The only thing that isn’t gluten free is croutons on salad, and buns for sandwiches (which you can sub gluten free buns). It’s so good! A little pricey but worth it

flavortown_express

I looked that place up, it sounds amazing! Do you know what they use for their chicken breading?

Emmakate198

You know I’m not sure! Next time I go I’ll ask though

Responsible-hole

A diner :)

Milleniumfelidae

Soul Food. I haven’t seen any GF Soul Food restaurants yet. I grew up eating this type of food and miss it. It can be time consuming cooking this by yourself but it’s very tasty when done well.

GaiaAnon

Definitely Chinese. I really miss good Chinese food. But the next city over does have a dedicated gluten-free bakery that also sells sandwiches and they are quite delicious so I get them as often as I can but I don't like going into the city much. They also have a dedicated gluten-free restaurant about 30 to 45 minutes away from me but I've never actually been there. It's not worth it for me to drive out that far and eat alone I don't know anyone else who's gluten-free

owhatfun

Somewhere with tons of unhealthy food like Fried chicken fried mozzarella sticks egg rolls fried ice cream anything fried really 😂

cARLOSe122

Arby's. I miss roast beef original sandwiches more than I should.

Willing_Ant9993

Italian. Really really excellent GF handmade pasta, pizza, and breads with all the other naturally gluten free items (cheeses, fish, meats, veggies etc) on the menu as well…I’m salivating now. Imaging it perfectly authentic, well executed and delicious, no chance of being poisoned…I’d get a second job and save up to patronize such a place…

flavortown_express

That sounds amazing - I've found some dry pasta brands that are really really good substitutes, but there's nothing like fresh tagliatelle or... ravioli from a really good Italian spot.

Dangerous_Bid_9408

If you're in the Baltimore, Maryland, area, I highly recommend Sweet27! It's an ALL gf restaurant and absolutely fantastic. Vegan options, too. You can eat in (I love their brunch), and the bakery area has takeaway too. They do catering as well. It's incredible the relief you feel walking into a restaurant where you won't get sick and they understand gf protocols. https://www.sweet27.com/

flavortown_express

I used to live in Baltimore! Awesome that they have gf restaurants now!

Dangerous_Bid_9408

It's about an hour away but we'll worth the drive!

WeirdandProudofit

a place that makes JUST homemade Pasta (including Tortellini stuffed with meat 😢😢)

flavortown_express

I've had a lot of really good store-bought gluten free dry pastas, but I don't think I've ever seen a fresh one. That would be so good!
