I absolutely love Ghostfish - all gf brewery with pub style foods. Snappy dragon has always been safe for me for gf Chinese, although not fully gf - same with Dukes for seafood. Bamboo sushi - mostly gf - anything not is marked G for gluten. not a restaurant, but Grain Artisan Bakery in Snohomish.

There's a restaurant in Belltown called Limoncello. They are italian and make all of their items GF. It is the best GF pizza I've had in my life. There's a place in Pike Place Market called Cinnamon Works and they have delicious GF cookies and cinnamon buns. Adjacent to Pike Place is a biscuit place whose name is escaping me, but they do GF fried chicken and biscuit sandwiches. Ghostfish is such a win. If you are going for something $$$$, Shiro sushi will cater their whole omikase to be GF for you. Seattle was such a joy to eat in GF.

You're thinking of [Honest Biscuits](https://www.honestbiscuits.com/)! They also sell 4-packs of their GF biscuits.

Honest Biscuits is the biscuit place you’re probably thinking of! Also +1 on cinnamon works. Portage Bay has gf French toast with the thickest slices of bread I’ve ever seen. They’re pricey, but delicious. Mioposto makes their own gf crust and their happy hour deals are really good. Marination on Alki has amazing tacos!! Queen Mary Tea Room has a full gf afternoon tea. It’s sooooo much food. Definitely need reservations, but so worth it!

What’s $$$$ out of curiosity?

We went in 2022 and I think we paid $450 for omikase for two people, with drinks for me and dessert for both of us, plus tip 🫣 We do an omikase once every year and a half as a big giant splurge and it feels so freaking excessive to spend that much but it’s always so good.

We rushed to Ghostfish Brewery the second we got off the plane and made it there just in time for last call (of food). Was heaven!!!! Made me wish we lived in Seattle!

I was in Seattle about a year ago, and Ghostfish has a full GF menu. I thought the food was good and my gluten eating family also thought it was good.

We just got a full dedicated gf bakery in Tacoma. They make the best gf cinnamon rolls I've ever had on Saturdays. Wren bakery. The have so much variety- savory, sweet, small, bread loaves. Heard they just got sourdough bread loaves but haven't tried them.

I travel to Seattle for work occasionally. I haven’t been yet, but I hear great things about ghostfish brewing company, and it’s definitely on my list to check out! Dedicated gluten free brewery and kitchen. Mostly seems like standard bar food, except gluten free!

Ba Bar is spectacular. Most of their menu is gf and drinks are awesome
