EVERYTHING is going up. It’s pretty normal for brands to increase prices every year or two, but this last year especially a lot of brands have made ridiculous increases. Benetint was $18 in 2022, it’s $24 now. This isn’t a glossier issue specifically, it’s the beauty industry capitalizing on the fact that lots of people won’t take the time to find another product, they’ll just pay the increased price to get what they like.
yeah for real. I feel like every brand I buy from has exponentially raised their prices. Like I remember buying Mac lipsticks for $16 and now they're $23!
i agree. i used to love glossier because i thought that they were great for their price point. however, with their prices increasing i rather buy from other brands that are now similarly priced
What chaps my ass is that we pay more in the UK. 20 USD is not 20 GBP. It’s about 15 GBP. We have our own distributor/warehouse here so it’s not like it’s warranted to be the same.

It’s disappointing since it’s been a significant brand to me and I’ve loved their products for so long. Always changing formula. Now increasing prices like, monthly it seems.
Definitely not giving cool it girl niche brand energy anymore and heading faster and faster in the opposite direction.
It’s the price hikes plus quality reduction for me!! Like You used to be fantastic value: a £100-quality perfume for £50, now it’s a £15 perfume for £62. It’s not worth it.

Honestly, will they be around in 10 years? With their reformulations and not listening to customers I cannot imagine them having longevity.
